if i could leave no star i would, this is the worst company i have ever dealt with, ordered steamer , got no confirmation of order, after waiting 3 weeks i contacted them only to be told my item had been successfully delivered 12 days earlier, i then replied telling them i hadn’t received it and was was told it was signed for, i requested proof of signature and was then told it was still in transit, a day or two later i was sent the same message saying it was successfully delivered, when i told them i still had not received it they advised me to check into the post office or whoever the local carrier is, i do not know who they have used to send it with and i have paid £4.99 delivery fee, now having to speak with my back to see if they can recover the funds, stay clear of comfy bear scam

I have been back and forth with customer service to try and get a refund. The company, although supposedly registered in Wales, are in America. Their bras are completely the wrong size. They told me to alter them. I can't return because of the cost. I would have to be 3 stone heavier to get them to fit. We are going back and forth. They offered me £3 compensation, on a £32 order, then £7. I'm asking for £10, which is very reasonable. These bras will have to go to a charity shop. This company appears to be a bit of a scam. Another one that you believe is UK and reliable. I would be better using Temu or Shein. This company should be named and shamed

Received the items after some delay. The items are much too small & not wearable. Contacted the company who advise they have no returns policy.
Have been offered £2 as a gesture of goodwill, increased to £4…now not replying to my emails.
I’m absolutely fuming.

wished I had read reviews before ordering. They are china sizes and not good quality. there is no aftercare, they just want to give you a small token refund, but the goods are not of any use to anyone

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Despite the return policy being quite specific on their website, they won't allow for it. I was offered £1, then £2, then £3 for compensation for an item they said there was nothing wrong with but, at the same time, said, 'With a few simple procedures, it can function normally.'

2nd time in a week I was duped by adverts/sites for products coming from China, not the UK. I need to be more vigilant!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY TOTAL SCAM. I placed an order on 26 May 2024 still waiting for it to be delivered. They keep saying....
"Thanks for contacting us. We understand that you must be upset for not getting it in time? Please understand that we are trying our best to help you get it. And we will keep contacting the shipping company to track your parcel and believe you'll get it soon :) TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

What a scam, do not buy these bras. The sizing is so bad and customer service won’t give a refund. Do not waste ur money.

Ordered bra size based on their measurement guide and they were far too small. Requested a refund as per their instructions on their site and was denied. Got offered £2 compensation. Their refund policy is just something to get you to purchase items and to get you to think that you can have a refund if they don’t fit, which is not true! THIS COMPANY IS EQUAL TO A SCAM

DO NOT ORDER. Did not realise these bras were being shipped. Took weeks and weeks. When the arrived they were far far too small. Customer service offered me £4 compensation as shipping costs would be too expensive. Ridiculous company.

Avoid at all costs. I bought a bra that didn’t fit. I was told I could return it but it would be ‘very expensive for me to return’ as I had to return it to China. They offered £4 compensation. Not good at all, and the emails from customer services were very poor too. Don’t buy.

Ordered a size F cup strapless bra from this company. It arrived and was more like a D at most. I contacted them with pictures next to my existing F cup bra and they refuse to take responsibility for miss selling the item. Very wrongly sized.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered a bra in June. In July I emailed as the tracking updates stopped. They keep telling me bare with us. 2 months later they came. What a load of garbage size I ordered was 40DD not sure what I got but it wasn’t my size the is no cup it’s like a flat pack. Do not buy from this site. Luckily I paid through PayPal and got my money back l. If comfy beau would like them back they can come and pick them up 😡

Ordered this strapless bra on the 30th June received it on 8th August nearly 6 weeks when I opened it I knew it was going to be to small but thought looks can be deceiving how wrong was I it was way too small squashed my boobs and really uncomfortable so emailed the company they said I had received to correct size it most definitely didn’t look like what the girls were wear in the advertisement material is horrendous all I want is a refund after many many emails over coming weeks they said I can return it but would be expensive so I wasn’t gonna do that they then said “thanks for the support you can keep the bra as it will come in useful or gift it “ …..don’t think my boobs are gonna shrink 🤔 avoid this company it’s a scam

I ordered this bra size 34DD on the 30th June it arrived 8th August nearly 6 weeks was looking forward to this item as I was hoping to use it on holiday when it did finally arrive just looking at it I knew it was way too small but thought looks can be deceiving NO definitely not it was so tight and literally squashed my boobs I got in touch with the company and they said to send pictures of the packaging they assured me they had sent the right size it didn’t even look like what the girls were modelling I could send it back but would be expensive after many emails they said you can keep it I may come in useful don’t think my boobs are going to shrink 🤔so I’ve come to the conclusion this company is definitely a scam and I hope nobody else falls for this I now have got to spend more money and go out to a proper shop and buy one that actually fits

Ordered item on 29th June. As at 13th August still no item received. No help other than message advising me to be patient and that customs are taking a long time. Will not order again.

Ordered a bra on the 7th of July and never received it. Was receiving tracking updates until 10 days ago, each time I track it still says Cardif. I sent several emails to them and not one email was replied. So disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone
