The coffee grinder i purchased 2 years ago for a proud 260€ loses half of the ground coffee due to the plastic lid. The Customer service responded to my complaint with evasive answers snd did not take responsibility snd ultimately just stopped responding altogether. Very disappointing.

I've never taken advantage of the lifetime warranty feature of this Brand's product (C40), even though it’s been promoted since day one. The bearings absorb the flavors of other beans and contaminate the following grinds, when I got in touch I was told to buy a new pair on my own expense, which I had to do. The axle wears out, and the stabilizing ring loosens very often, so the crank won't sit right. The clear lid on the crank constantly breaks. I’ve had to repurchase and pay for everything, including shipping, every time. It's too expensive for a product if your lifetime warranty won’t apply to all the parts or the main components. I don’t even know what it actually applies to anymore.

Ordered a C40 nitroblade, when I try to adjust the grind size for espresso there is a huge difference between 2 steps on the grinder, then I find out that you can order a add on ‘Red Clix’ ?!?! WHAT
With this add on you can make a more fine adjustment on grind size
Why on earth is this Red Clix not installed from the beginning??
Now you have to use more money and then throw out the original parts which is very helpfull for Mother Earth, it is a waste of resources and fooling the customer.
If we wan’t to user the resources on earth with respect this is not the way!!!

These are amazing hand grinders, the build quality is very high. The after-sales service is great too, I had an issue with the knob of my grinder, and it was resolved with no problems or fuss.
