Absolute fraud. Event was cancelled at short notice and no money refund! Company website is also missing

Beware of this event - it maybe a fake. In Austria / Vienna we subscribed to the run (2 adults, 2 children) - € 161,64. A few days the event was cancelled - with suspicious reasons. We wrote several e mail and also sent a letter - no response.

Event was cancelled and money was Not refunded. FRAUDS.

Scam. No any reply about the refund

I booked tickets for Color Rush in advance, as I had participated in it without any issues previously. However, they canceled this year's events in London and Manchester and have not issued refunds or provided any alternative form of compensation. There is no contact number, and emails go unanswered. Honestly, I would advise against booking with this company. I still have not received a refund or any correspondence, except for an email notifying me of the cancellation of the races.

No refunds given for a cancelled event - they are impossible to reach as well , no clear communication between instagram , facebook email or anything

worthless.... I had ordered a package with a shirt and color packs. when I got there they tell me, I gave not ordered it i only have a t-shirt. and I have to buy colors. I stand in line only to be told they don't sell colors it is only if you prebook witch I had..
the run is unorganized impossible to know in what order to take it all. at the end no color pack no reciving, no nothing.

and they say 5 color station, I ever saw 2.... not worth the money at all....

Absolute scam!!! They have cancelled the tour, I've contacted them several times asking for my money back and I still haven't heard back from them. All they do is take your money.

***Do not book an event with this company ***They take your money and then a few weeks before the event, they say they have to cancel and are going into liquidation. You can dispute the payment through your bank but the company will dispute your dispute.

Cancelled the event at short notice without informing me. I only found out at all because I went to the website to double check a point about my tickets. The company has since ignored multiple communications asking when I can expect a refund and I have started a charge back through my credit card company. Avoid.

Although they have cancelled all venues you are still able to purchase tickets

Contacted them several times and only once they replied stating that they had to cancel the venues with no reference on how they going to process the refunds

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM.
The race was cancelled 5 days before the event. No reason given. No further communication and they have not given me a refund or replied to any of my messages. Disgraceful. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Booked the event as a memorial run in memory of a friend who tragically passed away earlier this year. I had booked for 11 people for the Newcastle event which was supposed to be on the 8th of June. I got an email on the 13th of May to say the event had been cancelled and that customer service would get back to me as swiftly as possible. I've had zero communication since and raised 3 tickets. I've logged a chargeback with my credit card so the money has been refunded temporarily. The company were on Watchdog last night and are said to be in administration so as all of the customers will be classed as 'creditors' I can't see any refunds happening. It's shocking. An event which is done for charity, to raise money for great causes, and in memory of people we have lost.

Disgraceful company, do not book with them!!! Cancelled our run without any notification and absolutely no offer of a refund or explanation. Avoid at all cost!!!

I see people write that this not a scam. Not true. This company sells tickets to cancelled events. They email people that have tickets that the events is cancelled, but still sells tickets to the event on the website. They block and removes comments. People are waiting for refunds from many years back, from 2020 for exampel. But gets blocked. I did run this race one time loved it. But after this never again. They promised me refund. It took me 1 year with going to newspaper, contacting the sponsorers, contacted police and more. To get my money back. They will not answer… i need to be a pain in the ass for them to unblock me and answer. Do not support this company!

Its a scam, they take your money then cancel the event and you dont hear feom them anymore!! Stil waiting for my refund back and its been more then a year

100% SCAM - they have cancelled the events and are not responding to emails (emailed mid May). Booked using a credit card so trying to get our groups money back through them instead as we are having no success with Colour Obstacle Rush. So disappointing, sticking to more reliable events like Tough mudder from now on.

Don't waste your time!

I'd give this 0 stars. I booked this for a group of 20+ for the 1st June in MK however received an email on the 13th May to see that all the 2024 events had been cancelled with no valid reason.

Despite emailing their contact regarding refunds/general update - still no response. £950+ spent as a group which is an awful lot of money so have had to go through credit card company due to their incompetence. Do not waste your time or money. Please warn others.
