Comfortable and stylish

Easy to navigate the website. The quality of the shoes spot on .Beautiful designed and very comfortable.

Ordered 2 pairs, really happy with the 1st pair of golf trainers which is similar to another pair I own.
The second is a pair of sandals and as much as I really like the feel and quality of the sandals, the right foot has some overstitching which causes a scratching effect and creates discomfort. I raised this with Cole Haan as I indicated that, except for the right foot quality problem, I really liked the look and feel of these sandals and therefore wanted a replacement and not a refund. After receiving an email several days ago and immediately responding, I am still waiting for them to conclude and provide feedback on the replacement pair and next steps? I just hope they don't say that this is now out of stock in my size & due to the time that has elapsed since...
Got a response from Cole Haan today and whilst the item is now out of stock and it may / may not have been prompted by my initial review, I am appreciative of their stance towards this situation and their offer provided.

Shoes arrived when stated . Also have bought this style before, they wear well and go with most items of clothing .
And they were on Sale ,what's not to like .

I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews. Most of them were accurate.

1. Poor, slow and uncommunicative return process.
This should not require extra resources. An API could manage returns, provide tracking, update customers. You also need to set reasonably clear expectations once the item reaches the warehouse - not the default “wait until you hear from us in 14days” - so 1990s. The lack of structure and transparency reflects poorly on how the process is run.

2. Problems with sizing and quality.
The sizing is very poor, which makes the shoes uncomfortable, and I agree with other reviewers who say they feel cheap. I also bought at 10 per cent discount, mine arrived looking worn, creased and tired. This is consistent with many of the negative reviews

Returned order UK44718 on 13 Nov.
Royal Mail confirmed it was delivered to Cole Haan’s warehouse on 15 Nov.

Today is 19 Nov — and I still have no confirmation that my return has even been registered or accepted.

I contacted customer service and the only response I received was:
“Your return is undergoing checks.”

Checks for three working days?
Still no indication of progress?

I asked again whether the checks had been completed and whether the refund process had started.
No response at all.

This was a simple size return. And because Cole Haan won’t confirm that the return has been accepted, I can’t even reorder the correct size. I’m left waiting — not because of the 14-day refund timeline (which I fully accept), but because the company keeps repeating, “We are checking your return meets our policy,” without offering any real update. It’s honestly baffling.

For a brand of this scale, failing to provide even a basic “return received” acknowledgement is unacceptable and far behind modern retail standards.

I now have two pairs of Cole Haan shoes and am more than happy with the fit and quality. The order was processed and dispatched in good time also.

Purchased the Lyndon Chelsea boots (order 44504) and received delivery very quickly.
The leather was a lovely quality, yet they felt light to wear. I had been struggling to find a boots in a dark chocolate brown colour and these were perfect. However I had to return them as the left boot was a much more narrow fit than the right foot which was disappointing.

The trainers are really lovely and very comfortable.
The reason I gave 3 stars is the cost of postage is £7.99, which I think is excessive. My purchase was £84. I will not buy from Cole Haan direct again, as I feel ripped off with the postage.

Brought shoes for my daughter as part a Christmas gift, delivery was super quick, was kept well informed about the delivery. My only moan is the delivery charges highest Ive ever paid .

Great service as always. This is my second order in a few years, which says a lot about how long these shoes last — and I’m on my feet all day! They’re the smartest yet comfiest shoes I’ve ever owned and have become my go-to pair for work. I no longer need to switch between trainers and shoes for the commute, as these strike the perfect balance between style and comfort. Excellent quality product from start to finish.

Have wore the trainers once, indoor and the have creases on the top of them. I have tried to contact Cole Hann customer services and haven't had any response. Not a great first experience

Bought Mens Chelsea Boots! When it was delivered. It looks very cheap and low quality. I bought it for like £160's from 195 but the price isnt match with the quality...

The shoe I bought is comfortable and sturdy. Quality is great too
