Automated and Personal assisted setup and problem resolution. There is a lot of help to get things integrated and verified. Also, if I have a problem not fixed readily by the chat, I have been able to have a person assist me. Love it.

5 years and still using Cointracking
I've been using Cointracking for 5 years, and it has been great. It's great for mainstream as well as lesser known and custom coins. Very versatile. The one website issue I had to submit a ticket for was fixed within hours. Highly reccomend.

I have had several problems with coin balances not uploading correctly..
I have had several problems with balances not being correct, and having the Full Service Team there to help sort things out has been a life saver. Julian has taken care of my account for 4 years and keeps everything running smoothly. This makes tax reporting easy.

Works but be ready to sweat!
All in all, it works, but they sell a dream that can be a nightmare.
there are issues with API, whether it is because of the exchange or cointracking itself it is unclear, but issues with importing from APIs exists and are well documented online.
CSV imports can be somewhat complicated with duplications and other errors. I must say cointracking attempts to fix them automatically but if you are not a digital wise person you can lose it.
The worse is the support and documentation:
The support is more interested in closing the ticket than providing useful replies.
The documentation does not explain the issues that can arise, only provide standard procedure.
As I said, after 2 days of tweaking, try and errors, I managed to get my EU tax report, but I have 20 years in IT.

bit difficult to get into, but it gets the job done really fast
quite a steep learning curve when using it for the first time, interface kind of outdated - but it does get the job done and has a lot of import options - using it since a couple of years for my tax declaration in Switzerland, canton of ZH - has always been accepted
