Facing a problem is never fun, but it can happen. In such a case I appreciated that the Support of Cointracking did not play hide-and-seek and simply explained the (possible) cause, what they were doing to resolve it, the actual status and how long it might take. I like this method/approach.

I have never experienced a support-interaction like this. Dr. Christiane Williams was kind, patient and extremly skilled considering her answers and crypto-taxes based knowledge.

A little complicated in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, a really useful tool.
I use it mostly for keeping my transaction history and generating a tax report for my crypto. So far, nothing bad to say (except the ancient look :)), and the support has been outstanding.

The data import features is amazing. I could pull in all my transactions from Binance and kraken without any issues.

I used Blockpit before, but it got too expensive. Switched to CoinTracking, and it's cheaper, through a bit more complex to set up, it's not perfect, but for the price, it's hard to beat.

CoinTracking gets the job done, especially for tax reporting. However, the interface feels a bit outdated, and it takes a while to get used to. Once you do, it super powerful, but they really should modernize the design,

It took me a hot minute to make it work, but the support team is superb and pretty much led me through the entire process. Got my tax report done quickly and now I think I'll give the portfolio tracking option a go.

Best deal on the market. Easy to register. There is an option to sign up anonymously without email. It was easy to import the data from all of my exchanges and wallets. In most cases I used API integration. For some I've used CSV import. Some transactions required my manual work, but hopefully it was comfortable to edit them with the bulk editor. Also, it was helpful to have backups. System works fine with almost 15k transactions.

There are a lot of useful reports, for example "Realized and Unrealized Gains" and Tax-privileged Coins (Short & Long). There is also NFT Center.

Customer support is responsive and very helpful.

I created my tax report quickly and without any problem. Cool that there is integration with Turbotax.

Moved from koinly to Cointracking due to cost. With my transaction volume, koinly was getting too expensive. CT had a learning curve, but support was great. The loss harvesting feature reduced my tax bill. Will use it again!
