Sent $500 of BTC to swap for alt coin. Followed instructions to the letter. My BTC was delivered to the address requested. That's the last I saw of it. No reply to multiple complaint forms sent. This exchange is either going broke, hacked or feels there is no accountability for stealing funds. The fact they never respond is very telling. So please never use this exchange.

Stay away from this SCAM company in INDIA!
They do not answer and i can not switch form eth to btc. 2 days a go i could do it but i wanted to wait some more days to get more btc for my eth.
So 2 days later i today o get more btc for my eth so i wanted to do the coinswitch but now nobody wants to exhcange my eth to btc on coinswitch.io?? Are you are not an exchange company?? Seems or it cealry seems that this company is NOT serious!! BEWARE FOR THESE SCAMMERS. Many people have lost there crypto assets. In my case i did not as they do NOT want to exchange eth to btc (they only do it when they make most money out of it!!) And clearly you are saying that you have this service but only when it suits you.

Done an exchange from litecoin to dogecoin over 20 hours ago they took my litecoin and I never received the dogecoin send messages to support and have not had a response or got my litecoin refunded first time used this company I don’t think will use them again

I had trouble as failed transfer with coinswitch . I didn’t deposit enough the coins that I supposed to. So it been failed. I created the ticket and got replying within 2 hours. They’re told me what was the problem and tells me that : Thank you for confirming the address. Let me update you as the refund
is completed.

After that I been sent 3 more massages to ask how is my refund doing and got no answer til now. Days number 4 now and I am so worried

So I just got my refund but it’s not enough the coins that I deposit.I did deposit 3 time to the same order and I just got refund for the last time. Do I create others ticket? Are they gonna refund me the rest? Anybody have the same problem before?

I lost my Rs.1200. the money got debited from my account through PhonePe but it wasn't reflected in App. I raised tickets-- but not response from Support team. Big frauds. Please stay away from them.

FAILED TRANSACTION (no fault of mine). Put in a support ticket. Contacted the team. No resolution and it’s been over 2 weeks. $1500 in Ethereum STOLEN by these fraudsters. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COINSWITCH

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I created a ticket 7 days ago and still have been waiting for a response, THE SUPPORT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL neither their website support nor their support email. BE AWARE of putting your money here

Coinswitch stole $6,000 from me. They won't return it it has been over a month now. I have all the etherscans and correspondence to prove it. It's as if they don't care, just put me on auto respond. Buyer beware for sure. I will be happy to change this to 5 stars if they ever come clean.

My payment was held up by the exchange for 72hrs During that time my coin switch failed. I contacted Customer Service and they found the transaction and replied quickly. They completed the transaction, with my permission at the then current rate. I have my coins and I am well pleased. Great job team!

Omg I'm so scared I just saw the last comment. I just sent 300 USD in dodge my life saveings it been over 2 hours keeps saying sending .. nothing has come . I'm so scared my kids are going to starve this x.mass .. I can't believe this

I have run about 20 transactions on coinswitch. My transaction has been deployed and after multiple support tickets/request there has been zero communication from them. This is over $5,000 in this transaction.

I’m very concerned with that my money has compromised. These centralized 3rd party markets are go against everything in crypto.

I used coninswitch several times. Only once I had a transaction stuck (due to a problem I caused myself) and their customer support solved it within the day! Great service!

Started a CRPT to ETH conversion, but the transaction never completed. Promised to refund me, but this is over 10 days ago now.

I will revise my review if you get this resolved urgently please.

Revised my review from 1 star to 3 stars.
I got my refund after 15 days, so I would suggest that the company is overloaded rather than trying to scam anyone. I would think twice about risking using them again though until I see more regular good reviews.

SCAM! I made an order of exchanging 6000 USD from XMR to BTC. I still wait since more than 48 hours for my coins!! NO REACTION FROM THE SUPPORT, NO REACTION IN THE CHAT!!!!

Take care or these scammers will just steal your money! Unbelievable

I had not sent the correct number of of shares of LTC to purchase Theta coin. I had accidentally shorted it by one coin, but the transaction went through. I contacted support to see how I could pay the one coin that I had shorted them and was told that I did not owe anything as the value of the LTC had gone up and covered the shortage. I thought that was very nice of them.

TX timed out because of how slow Bitcoin is confirming transactions. Sent a support ticked and they refunded me the original amount.

Wanted to swap 14.2 ETH to BTC. Sent over the funds and the order Failed after 14hours. They claim that their system flagged the order and demanded KYC. I provided them with everything they asked me for and now they are stalling me saying their team is looking into it. It has been 9 days now and I have not received my BTC and they have not refunded me my ETH either.
