See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
I do an upgrade since it is partly my fault I did not succeed. But when I contact support for help I expect it to be solved the same day not into the third week.
Coinsbit did flag my original message for violating Trustpilot standard so I made adjustments. They communicated with Trustpilot about my ticket with coinsbit, but they did not answer my direct emails to them.
The late solution from support made me unable to withdraw. I had to do a review on Trustpilot cause they did not get back to my emails with a solution. Sometimes I waited days for a reply. When I had a more descriptive explanation it was quickly solved.
Below are communication between us.
If it is software problems ethical hackers aka white hat hackers can help you and the company.
You can search on white hat hackers, ethical and penetration tester. You will find companies and networks.
You can also target the CEO and its executives with feedback. Owner seems to be Yaroslav Yaromenko. Hackers can find out his contact details as email, and who else is executives and their contacts details and then you can contact them.
Below I have my emails with Coinsbit written.

I have not included a police report yet. I don't think they will help me or other regular people very fast. But go ahead and include them if you like.
How far does people have to take it with you? Are you pushing it so far so people had to target your CEO to get their money and have you fired?

As written before read through what I sent you multiple times before and you would see I am trying to withdraw a sum of 6 digits and in total 5 decimals. I want to withdraw all the crypto and if you again what I sent you would see I was doing right also with limiting the decimals.
I waited almost 14 days to make the withdrawal. Send my crypto manually NOW. Your software are flawed. I have also seen reviews on Trustpilot about Coinsbit and there are plenty that had not been paid. But that there is the possibility you hold on to people's as long as you can.
I can send our Trustpilot stories to first crypto news and then regular news. The first journalist is Omkar at coindesk. Believe me I will add on more.
How about I create a hashtag #thumpcoinsbit to send on my Twitter and Facebook. Maybe I should create a group on Facebook called thump coinsbit and there we can paste in our dealings with coinsbit, and use crypto forums.
I have a problem to withdraw 0.03045 from my ETH balance. It is six digits in total and five decimal places and it did not work.

Dear user, good day. Please try to make fewer decimal places, no more than six digits.

This is creepy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Read the rest text below. You asked me already and I explained it multiple times. READ THE TEXT I SENT BEFORE. LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOTS I ATTACHED IN ONE OF THE EMAILS I SENT. ATTACHED AGAIN.
ON THESE YOU CAN VISUALLY SEE WHAT HAPPENED.
YOU COULD ALSO SEND THE CRYPTO MANUALLY TO MY COINBASE SINCE SINCE YOUR SOFTWARE CANNOT HANDLE IT AUTOMATICALLY.

Hi again!
I submitted my ticket on the 28th of about and tech support has been notified by you the 28th of Feb. It is now the 6th of March and I have still not been able to withdraw my funds to coinbase. I just tried again and it did not work.
I am an EU-citizen and had my account verified before the ticket was submitted. If your software are not able to make a withdrawal automatically you can send it manually.
I give you 24 h to have my funds sent to my coinbase that that I used during this time. Plenty of time to transfer.
After this I have to report it to police etc. I can make a review on Trustpilot too. Just seem unnecessary when it is so easy to solve.
Here is my coinbase ETH wallet key (They have the key in original email)
Thank you very much!

Coinsbit immediately locked my funds upon deposit. I have submitted all required KYC, and they refuse to release my funds for withdrawal. I have been provided no explanation. They have been using delay tactics for well over a month, and my funds continue to be held hostage.
03/09/2021 Edit in response to Coinsbit's request for specifics:
When I attempt to withdraw my funds a message reads, "Please complete Identity Verification to make withdrawal."
I followed the directions to submit all of the required KYC. That was rejected because I am a US citizen. So I chatted with support on the website. The representative told me this:
"Please send us an email to security (@coinsbit.io). Write to us from the mail you used to register on the exchange.
The letter should describe:
the country you are from
1) Mail of registration on the exchange
2) documents data like KYC
3) address for withdrawal of funds
4) the amount of coins that you want to withdraw "
So I emailed that exact information to security (@coinsbit.io) on January 20, 2021. I never received a response, so I forwarded the information to support (@coinsbit.io). They responded on January 27, and told me this:
"Dear user, your issue has been forwarded to our tech support. Your problem will be solved as soon as possible.Sorry for the inconvenience caused.Thank you "
I did not hear back from tech support, so I responded back to both the security and support emails, above on February 20. This is the response I received:
"Dear user, your issue is under investigation of our technical team. Please, be patient. We will give you a reply soon. "
It is now March 9th - almost two months from when I first attempted to withdraw my funds.
March 18, 2021 Update: Thankfully, my funds have been returned. coinsbit demonstrated excellent customer service immediately after I left this review.
It is possible that they are a good exchange for anyone outside of the US (their website like very good), but they should not allow people from unsupported countries to create accounts and deposit funds.

Not even reply to messages and Not got the tokens after many days passed after I earned it. Scam and dont use your money here.

Very reliable . You can trust them. But There is a problem their site is very complicated i think they should fix it.
Coinsbit should improve on its staking program, assist listed coins project and boost its native token CNB
I observed
1) very good team
2) good admin faster reply
3) support team solid
4) exchange faster
5) mob app trading fantastic
Just problem is that own exchange coin is weaker than its value and waiting since long, admin today told for some strategic.. lets wait for 15 days more then i will ask again this ky dears
In accordance to the reply by coinsbit.io:
my funds have never arrived, I have received no answer on the support ticket that I've created 4 months and 2 weeks ago.
Please show your beliefs in actually sorting this out instead of writing replies that sound nice.
You have been reported as scam numerous times, there are many accusations of scam activity on bitcoin talk forums, so, please prove me wrong by actually doing something.
Your exchange remains a scam until it's proved otherwise.
update after coinsbit response:
this is just making the frustration grow.
I've received my funds on my account balance and tried to withdraw them for 3 times today already, but after waiting for almost 10 hours so far I got the withdrawal cancelled every single time.
The support agent has not provided any solution and quit the chat. I have all the chat transcripts saved.
The fact that the funds result to be on my balance on your platform doesn't change anything as I'm not able to withdraw them.

It's looks like scam, I'm not interested to invest here, anyone help? is this is a scam or not?

Reply from Coinsbit
For unspecified reasons, withdrawals are put on hold and then blocked. It is not possible for an XRP withdrawal to take more than 10 hours.
Update: they ask for KYC in order to delete your account. Really???

A lot of troubles! When i start using this platform - i'm deposit money from ADVCash them, but my payment was be pending 8 hours! From verifed account of ADVCash inside ADVCash! Them in support chat answer, that incoming payment immediately. I'm ask - where my money? And why so low in pending? Where other? them told about fees, which you not see when make a pay. Ok. Support, ticket, technical department resolve your problem... You always listen this. I'm start their chat in Telegramm, and what i saw? In general chat them blocked me after 2 messages, that i have a trouble, bcz a lot of time can't see my money. You can't post this message at their resources. Else - block.
Ok, i'm was be in russian language chat, and 3 days i'm see a lot of messages about troubles with executing orders (them not execute when you take profit, but execute, when you lost all), troubles with withdraw, and when i wrote that - guys, if you have a lot of troubles - write in trust pilot, not here - them also delete message and block me :-)
ALSO. I'm not have anything action, but my account was be decreased in 2 days, in account left not a lot, just 2 dollars, but after 2 days it's be 0.00054 or something like this.
When i receive payment into account - you mean that i succesfully buy coins? No. You press "Place order" - and nothing hapeened. 20 times press - nothing. Update page - 502 error. I'm try to buy coins half hour! Really? 8 hours to deposit, half hour try to buy... Thanks, that for first (and last) time - them withdraw coins fast. Never back again!

coinsbit is not a scam !!! but you commented like a scam. because you recommend someone's help. I know you want to ask for money.
#coinsbit. will be the best exchange
They have a shady business model. First they advertise to give trading bonuses, but once registered you won't find any.
Most despicable thing they do is allow any customer to deposit fund and trade but block withdrawals (even crypto) for unverified (customers not done KYC) keeping their funds for themselves. STAY AWAY. It is also poorly designed site with many spelling mistakes.

This website is a scam don't sign up with them, they'll take all your funds and request you invest more funds for you to have access to your funds, I fell bait to their schemes and lost a whole lot of my savings, I tried communicating via emails and call centre agents but no luck until I initiated by recovery process with "Swift funds recovery at outlook", I got my funds recovered into my wallet in less than a week.
Excelente exchange, ojala su token suba de valor muy pronto
DO NOT EVEN SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR FUNDS AND THEN YOU CAN NOT WITHDRAW UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED. THAT IS HOW THEY SCAM YOU. YOU CAN NEVER BE VERIFIED AND EVEN IF YOU SEND THEM ALL THE DOCUMENTS THEY ASK FOR THEY WILL STILL SAY YOU ARE NOT VERIFIED. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
