Be careful when buying Crypto Currency on Coinsbit

Seems I experienced a glitch on their software. I bought specifically MAYP on the 27/4/21, when the market price was 2.387857 BTC. The problem with the website, is it does not show you how much you will received before you press confirm. So I unfortunately trusted the system, and when I clicked purchase, I then received half the amount i expected. I found on my receipt that they paid out at market value 5.0 BTC.

The big issues is, their customer support is comparable to a brick wall. Since this transaction, I have been in contact with their customer support via email, we have had about 25 emails back and forth, and so far every response I get is:

"Dear user, good day. Sorry for the delay. Your issue will be considered and fixed. It may take some time, but don't worry! there will be a resolution."

It's been over a month and they haven't once mentioned anything this consequential glitch, and I don't think they will.

Don't lose your money like me.

And to coinsbit, please don't respond to this message saying 'please contact us' like you did last time, as I did what you said, and that has gone nowhere. My ticket number is #86624, that's where you can help me

Cannot solve even small problem

Almost 2 months ago I sent a big bag XRP to coinsbit wallet without Memo. I contacted a support to transfer it to my wallet with my memo, they said that they will solve this problem very soon.

To sum up, they didn't transfer it to my wallet. Support started to ignore messages.

Don't say that you will solve if you won't.

Not an exchange of the people.

I decided to sign up with coins but about a month ago or so and this proved to be a very difficult and tedious experience. I wanted to buy BNB coin using their exchange and use it for a major trade that I had been waiting to get into. Coins but still has not approved my account KYC and I followed up with their support and security team on multiple occasions but they have been little to know help and have been giving me the run around. There are much better exchanges out there. My funds are still stuck in an unauthorized account till this day.

NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAW FUNDS | KYC FAILURE ISN'T VALID

Hello, after deposited a large amount of money, and making trades, I have submitted the information requested for the KYC compliance in order to make a withdrawal, and they have denied it for the following reasons:

"Subject: Customer Disapproved

Your KYC not accepted. Please try again.
Reason passport: Dear customer, good day! While checking your documents to confirm and activate KYC, it was discovered that you didn’t comply with all the requirements. Due to this reason, you have been disapproved. Your documents can not be accepted because your region is not included in the list of recognized states!"

I have looked into the terms of service, and they do not include a "list of recognized states."

To Coinsbit: You have stated on others responses on this site that you have provide a separate KYC regulations for customers from the United States. Can you please add these special regulations to your terms of service, and also provide them to me here?

Also, for other's who have this same issue, have you been provided the ability to make your withdrawal?

My account has been blocked for “MORE…

My account has been blocked for “MORE THAN 3 WEEKS”
I requested withdraw BTC and it’s not completed, I cannot even login to my own account.

They say they can speed up to solve my case, but...
What kind of technical support and security support can it be to let their customers wait this long...

I hope I can rely on them more.

This app allowed me to deposit ETH from my wallet into my Coinsbit account but apparently KYC is not accepted for USA residents. I have contacted support on several occasions to try to withdraw my money but I haven’t gotten any response yet. In my opinion, this is fraud. US residents, don’t bother signing up!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have submitted KYC now 5 times, each time they come up with a little bit different reason to deny me. Until finally they simply denied me for not having the current date on the note I have to sign - Yet it was the current date when I submitted it.

Do not send any crypto to this company!

Update: Now I am being told I need to follow yet another process to get my money... which includes sending my personal documents via email

Update: I am now being told by support that it was my fault each and every time they rejected me...that I did not follow the directions, except at no point do they make it clear on their website exactly what they expect from someone.

They are SCUM..Instead of doing KYC before even depositing, they allow the deposit and refuse withdrawal if you are a US citizen. PURE FILTH

I see COINSBIT has done the same to other US and Canadian residents, after reading reviews, it appears I am one of many who have been scammed. This is a well intended attempt to dupe clients. I have sent countless emails and messages to "Support". Its a circus parade about "send to support or security", "it fixed", "we are working on the problem". I anticipate it will take months. I suspect they are using are funds for their own investment gains and then returning it after they have profited. PURE VILE SCUMBAGS. No one should use this service

It doesn’t take weeks to
months to return your funds. It takes seconds to deposit yet people are waiting weeks to months after countless emails and messages to get their money back. Why can’t they do KYc before deposits ? Yea, we made a mistake by depositing but that does not give Coinsbit reason to continue perpetuating this TRAP. It’s clearly a well orchestrated BAIT.

Just give people their money back in a timely manner and fix the “trap”. Then you will get happy customers. Why else would you hold peoples money for weeks ? I am absolutely distraught . My money is stuck in this exchange and they are doing nothing to make good and return my funds . This is criminal and I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities.

Warning: be careful

Warning: you might be careful at this exchange. I had 3 Problems with them:

1.: I have deposit 6x on this exchange 5x no Problem (all the same Coin). But at the first deposit (on 15.04.21) I don’t get it on my account. The Support hasn’t answer till today. It was only a small amount at the date it has a worth of ~46$. Now even if they give me my deposit it will be worth of ~17$. Think about it when you deposit 1 or 2 Bitcoin and this will happen.

2.:On their FAQ they write the KYC will take 24h. I wait now 3 days. On all Exchanges I’ve been registered the KYC by the longest took 2h.

3.: they blocked me on Twitter for this tweet:

“ Your support isn’t the best. Missed my deposit and Support dosnt answer. Very bad”

If you Think about to trade on this Plattform. Be careful test it with small amount. Because their website is not Bad. It look good and Trades are working at me. But if you have any problems then your f*****.

To Coinsbit: Please Top up you Support! Trading with Cryptos Time is everything. If I lost time then I lost Money. And you maybe lost your Costumers because the go to Plattforms where it works.
