Redemption process is the farthest thing from “instant” they just leave you sitting in the queue for days without end. Even after there endless verification BS.

i have been fully verified for a bit and even did the welcome package. and then sent my wife a referral link to join, she got fully verified and and made the proper purchase for me to have 20 sc unlocked for me, for the referral program. and have been waiting 12 hours in messages for them to respond on where it is. the si says i should be credited as soon as all 3 requirements are done

3 days with no help at all from support.
Do not support this company way better online casinos out there every single one of them is better.

All I got to say is this.

I have, or do and will play, try out and evaluate practically every sweep casino out there. It's my pass time whenever I'm at home and being retired a lot of time and money as well is spent on this. I'm a hardcore sweep casino critic and avid player with a lot of experience in their ways.

In my humble opinion coins back has one of the worst "theoretical" RTP of all the sites I play. Yes they have a huge library of slots by many prime game providers. Their not sorted by provider and your left to scroll through 2000 titles trying to find the slot you want. Which really don't matter it's blank after blank no matter the game or provider you choose to play from my experience.I don't recommend them if enjoyment and a good chance of winning is your goal.

My theory is the coin back is subtracted from the RTP that the games should "theoretically" pay out to begin with. And then some infact.

Just aweful still going through it now I deposited that had no delays on receiving my fund and it was instant too ask them but when I won it up to 100 I figured that’s the normal minimum and it’s still pending and it’s been hours no response to any emails chat is very cryptic and misleading and terminated chat dozens of time after saying something weird and eerie like there waiting for the police to get me or something it’s ridiculous no one can tell me what’s wrong so I can fix it o just want my money so I can delete this account never again

So unfortunately I have to add to the extremely good review I've given below. Because I have had absolutely no activity on my redemption and I have been told that all my documents and everything had been approved and verified. Yet nothing. There's plenty of casinos that will process a redemption in a very prompt manner. So there's absolutely no excuse for it to be this long. I'm really sucks because this casinos really fun to play it and hopefully it'll be resolved soon and I can end this review in a positive note but it's not looking that way

I just have to add. The customer service is extremely professional and courteous. Very patient. Answered all my ridiculous questions about the redemption process. This casino seriously sets the standard of excellence. Now I just wait for the deposit to hit the bank🤞🤞

Because I been waiting for my money for 5 days I won

Took a little while for my proof of address to be reviewed had to finally reach out to support via email, but once I done that the next day i was verified and able to redeem. Once the redemption is approved and processed I'll update my review with the timeframe for redemptions

They would be good but so far they are looking unreliable on the cash out. They didn't cash out on weekends or holidays and I've submitted my request 5 or more days ago and nothing has changed.

This casino really does rank the top with more wins. Redeeming takes patience though

I won after purchasing a coin deal July 9th about 3pm requested a redemption and I am still waiting, I am kind of curious if coinsback even pays out? Does it usually take so long? Not a good experience at the time waiting 😕

I was just notified that they try to pay me today but my skrill account is now under review for some reason so the money was sent back to coinsback.
Wow! If its not one thing its everything!

I submitted a redemption request on July 8th via Trustly with my Trustly connected bank account (which is an instant payout method per Coinsback Casino's listed information). As of today, July 14th, Coinsback still has not even reviewed my redemption request and each time I have reached out to "support" they have made up a new excuse or just copy and pasted their generic response stating that their typical redemption time frames are 1-3 days for most redemption types and then they say it can take longer if your account isn't already verified (MINE IS ALREADY VERIFIED). I have replied informing them that it has been more than 3 days and they just don't respond. I am a DIAMOND VIP at numerous other social casinos and I have never experienced such awful treatment. I will not give a single penny to Coinsback EVER again. This company is a SCAM. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE EVER!!!!

The redemption process is incredibly slow. I’m now on day 6 after redeeming 700 SC, and there has been absolutely no progress. My redemption still says the team will review it “shortly,” which is frustrating after nearly a week. I contacted customer support, and they essentially told me that this is normal for a first redemption. I’ve redeemed SC from several other sweepstakes casinos, and this has been, by far, the slowest redemption process I’ve experienced. I would stay away from this platform. My feeling is that they have cash flow problems.
