Coinsph.com.. for those who like to keep it simple and not get too deep into the weeds regards crypto exchanges etc. This is a very simple easy app to use, fast and easy to buy and sell cryptocurrency. Probably the least complicated out there. They also have other local services paying bills and more. The only draw back they are limited to what cold,/defi wallets you can transfer crypto to (bitcoin). Otherwise it's pretty much pain free.

I logged in after half a year of inactivity and then I was redirected to coins.pro and found out my 150 xrp coins are no longer there which I bought for about 6300 pesos, now they're telling that the e wallet feature is now only available exclusively for mobile users which is unfair as I'm only using a PC for my transactions, I was asked for a mobile number to access where my XRP coins are stored, so I updated my number details on my account, and when I logged in using my phone, they blocked me and won't let me sign in, ducking scammers! you can keep my xrp coins for all I care,these guys did not even include the information regarding the e wallet mobile exclusivity on their email that they sent, screw your company for making the e wallet exclusive for mobile phones only, you legal thieves will get what's coming for you one day, don't store your cryptos here people, they will outright steal them right in front of you

Coins. ph processes suck big time! They give you a hard time in deactivating your account! They had me fill out the user name verification form which I did. They also asked for a picture of me holding my ID and a sheet of paper stating the date of submission which I submitted. Then they claimed that I submitted the right picture but that it didn’t have a date of submission and then they told me to resubmit that stupid form all over again! Deactivating accounts is supposed to be a very simple process. Any company that complicates this like coins.ph is not to be trusted!

after I cash_in and trade, my account suddenly freezes and I can't withdraw my hard earned money..... I use cph for almost 5 yrs this apps . what the heck gas fee for crypto trading is so high its ok i can ignore that then they need enhanced verification if you not give the proof of your financial status / support etc you need to say goodbye on your account coz they will restrict , we already provide KYC even address verification . You are not a bank like what you said you are just a trading wallet can paid bills and trade for crypto currency , why we need to provide that information Much better to us crypto wallet under of other country and use P2P direct to the bank

Never use this e wallet. There is a lot of e wallet out there. I have some trouble in verifying my account. I tried submitting the same ID to them and all they said is "Sorry, your id can't be proven its authenticity..." and they can't provide a concrete reason as to why they can't accept my ID and this is the same id i have used to verify my binance, Neteller, Gcash and XM. So, I contacted their customer support and instead of getting help, they blocked me from submitting another ID verification and worst is, they said I cant attempt to make any other verification and I am not allowed to deposit money because I violated there rules and they said they cant further discuss the reason as to why they block me. If you are trying to sign up to coins.ph think twice, there are other e wallet that is much better than coins.ph.

Do not download this application, they let you use it for a few months, then they block your funds and ask you for impossible documents and steal your money, do not use it.

Wouldn't recommend to people. Complicated rules regarding your wallet . If funds mistakenly sent to you , it will be very hard to retrieve your account .
Your account will be block and won't be able to trade until they fix the problem that some 1 sent you the funds

Lol. I seldom use this crappy app but I received a small amount from a credible source. It's so fkn hard to cash out. OTPs not sent. They will send it out WHEN IT CAN NO LONGER BE USED. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE USING THIS TRASH APP

This e-wallet is not good. I've been user of this platform and I used it good before after a few years they terminate my account and telling me that I violate of there Betur User Agreement which is I don't know where I get violated to this section I use only coins.ph for receiving from my crypto and e-loading and sending money to loveones which is only need level 1 and 2 and now they asking me to send another documents like for termination withdrawal to my remaining balance which is much high payment than to my remaining balance.why they don't give to me my remaining balance and then after that close my account :( For me this coins.ph is good but after a few years that I used if there is a 0 in rating i give it 0.Yeah true this e-wallet platform gives to me headache. so to all users beware of this e-wallet platform. grrrr... grrrrr

A total waste of time. UDDER BS. almost 1 month to verify. then they wont allow you to choose how much you wish to spend. THEY limit how much you can send. W....T...F.. One Bitcoin is about 2.7m but after they reviewed everything i sent they said sorry sir your only allowed 1.7m even tho I clearly have enough money in my bank account to buy whatever the f i want. Now i use Gemini. NO BS LIMITS. 10 mins to sign up, with FULL ACCESS..

If I can give 0, I will!! It’s so annoying, they keep on saying that someone is with me on the photo 🤷‍♀️. . I did send 4x but still the same reason why they can’t accept my photo.

Verification process ridiculos and lousy customer service. Been using for a while and been level 3 verified before but then ask again to verify.

Do not ever trust this coins.ph they can easily stopped you to withdraw your money they are doing this for their own purpose to get your money, it is scary that they will get all your money in your wallet.

one of the must worst wallet that i use.. don't put your money of these f***king wallet.. its a scam. easy to cash in but hard to cash out. when you Cash out your money they require more document, but if you provide one of the following document they will keep rejected but.. asking for another document. after provide another document still rejected.. Imagine submiting document with videos of yourself and not acceted.

This company incredible they will ask you many documents (useless) for finally terminate your account (without valid reason).
And they are smart because you will need again lot of documents to withdraw, so if you go there just use small money, then they can't steal you a lot.

Worst e wallet service
They will rob your money without further notice and you will found out you cannot access anymore your account
