Charging someone extra money for saying they have something in stock and still making the customer wait is not right. I could have ordered this elsewhere and had my product already, but I overpaid and the item is still not shipped. Very unhappy about paying very high prices and you don't even have the product to ship..

Your order for the (Estimated: Dec 1-7 release batch) miner, was placed on 26th November.
As previously estimated by the manufacturer, these units were released to us by the manufacturer (in China) on the evening of 7th December.
The order arrived with you in America on Dec 17th, which is only 8 working days after the release day.
Our standard processing time for dispatch once units are available from the manufacturer is up to 7 working days.
The standard shipping time after dispatch is usually between 5-10 working days.
Therefore your order was dispatched and even delivered to you very much within the standard shipping times.
We had tried to reach out to you and explain the standard shipping timeframe via email, however we never received a response. So we very much hope this clears the misunderstanding on your side.

Pro: Support staff is great and responds in a reasonable amount of time.
Cons: Lack of proactive updates about the order. I had to contact support each time I wanted an update.
Room for improvement: CMC should sent weekly emails with updates on the order status. E.g. order status not fulfilled due to delay from manufacturer. Manufacturer will ship batch on XYZ.
