Disappointed for the second time
After having trouble with them, the problem was resolved within a few days by them. I never received the goods I ordered, but I was refunded in full (I paid in BTC - accordingly, they returned the same amount + the transfer costs). They also compensated me with 150 British pounds for a future purchase. This is the second time this has happened, which shows that they are still financially correct. I plan to take advantage of the bonus and order again.

Suspected Scam Company and Website!
"19/03/2026 Edit- After the assurances given by this company below and via an eventual email reply to my many messages- my money has still not been refunded. As such my review and opinion and warning about this company still stands."
I would seriously warn against any UK resident trying to order from this company? Despite claims of being "UK based" and having stock in the EU and UK- they appear to be based in China. I paid £4000 to their website 16 days ago- a price inflated from £3100 just because I am based in the UK. The company then tried to solicit an additional £1500 for seaborne delivery to take 60 days. When I refused they initially offered to refund me- then have failed to acknowledge any further emails over 10 days. Their UK "office" appears to be just an accountants dropbox in London and they have no telephone contact numbers. I am starting legal proceedings against their UK Ltd company but buyers please take care and don't make the same mistake as me!

Regarding the original issue, this was due to a temporary backend error that displayed an incorrect shipping option at checkout. This has now been fully resolved, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

307€ extra paid custom storage because of you
I bought an S21 XP for 3,300£ and paid for it a week before chinese holidays. They're slow to respond and only respond by email. I requested a commercial invoice twice for customs clearance, and I paid 307€ for customs storage because they didn't send it to me in time. Never again.

After reviewing the timeline of the order, we would like to clarify a few points for transparency.
The order was placed and paid for on the 9th of February in the afternoon, not a week before Chinese New Year as mentioned. Our team arranged dispatch immediately, and the unit left the warehouse before Chinese New Year shipping closures began on the morning of 10th February.
At 3pm on 9th February, you emailed requesting a specific commercial invoice. As this message was received near the end of our working day, it was reviewed the following morning within our standard 1 working day response time. By that time, the shipment had already been dispatched.
You were provided with a copy of the invoice on 11th February, and tracking details were available from 10th February onwards. When you later contacted us regarding customs clearance, we re-sent the invoice multiple times to assist with the process.
The shipment arrived in the destination country and was ready for customs clearance from 12th February, meaning there was no delay in arrival.
Import duties and VAT for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the importer, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy and FAQ pages. Please note that customs processing times and any storage charges applied by the courier are outside of our control.
We always aim to dispatch orders quickly, communicate promptly, and support customers throughout the shipping and customs process. We also aim to be transparent about industry-wide holiday closures such as Chinese New Year, which temporarily affect manufacturing and logistics across the mining sector.

To provide some clarity on the delivery timeline for UK orders shipped from Hong Kong warehouse: once payment is confirmed, we arrange dispatch of all in-stock units within 7 working days. Then it generally takes 5-10 working days to reach the UK and clear customs. Once customs clearance is completed, delivery usually occurring within 2 days. And tracking information is provided to customers when the unit is being prepared for dispatch from UK facility.
