No problems generally with this company, excellent pricing...but for this delivery it took substantially longer than usual. As a caveat I recommend all orders be sent by UPS or FedEx (Ok to charge) and not use the USPS which is hard to track and generally much slower.

Directions for purchase were clear and accurate. The coins arrived as described.

The one star is not about the company nor product. its
the fact that they use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE! These liars stated that I signed for this package (email proof). When in reality, they left it in my mailbox. I SPECIFICALLY requested a signature proof be made upon delivery. With the client and IN BOLD to the delivery contractor!! Stop cutting corners, and start using UPS or FED- EX!! The USPS cannot be trusted. I also made a shocking discovery - one the the USPS employees FORGED my signature, and had the gall to send it to me! i filed a complaint with them but, dont expect much, since it is a govt agency.

Took awhile to get coins but otherwise smooth transaction.

Delivered in a timely manner. Clarity, purchase and shipment fully transparent. Have made prior purchases and alway a great experience, well done!

Waited a long time.. still don’t have 1 of 3 $1 gold pices.

I bought coin guide before. They’re always very timely very responsive really easy communication. This time the order took a little longer, but it’s probably due to the snow storms that happened to come in at the same time other than that delivery is fantastic. The product is great and I do recommend them and they do have very competitive selling prices.

Coin guide is amazing;However, FedEx sucks. They never arrive on the day they say they are going to be there. Then they change the time to the next day by 8pm. That is unacceptable esp since we have to sign for the package. I cannot sit at home for 2 days waiting on FedEx.
