A happy Cogniora’s customer over here.
I found out about these nootropics through my colleague and now I’m the one recommending them. They worked too well not to! 😊 These pills have helped me manage increased workload without disrupting my sleeping pattern.
I’m happy with the subscription model the company offers, too.

These nootropics are a miracle. I’m using the third box already. I needed to strengthen my memory and focus as I’m intensively working on my master’s degree.
These supplements aren’t the cheapest and I probably won’t be taking them forever. Yet they come as a huge help while I’m working on my paper and I’m not regretting a pound I’ve spent on them.

Bought the free trial pack and then cancelled as uncertain of results. All these people complaining that it wasn't clear, I honestly don't think they bothered to understand the terms particularly well...it's quite simple really!
Tried the trial pack for 5 days and feel I di get a benefit. May have to go back and sign up now...may have missed out ona discout though?

I had trouble finding the right nootropics in the past. I needed pills that are caffeine-free and that was hard to find...
I’m struggling with anxiety and the ability to focus. My box contains pills with both calming and brain-boosting properties. The best part is that the effects are not cancelling one another out.
Great stuff, thank you!!!

Fraudulent! They dupe you into subscribing without any knowledge until £59. 26 is taken out of PayPal which I did not authorise and knew nothing about. Cancelled and told them at 12:15am it was an error but they're was nothing they could do apparently as their system is automated! 1month later their product turned up that I can't even take due to medical reasons. An absolute joke of a company, complete scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Fraudulent dupe you into subscribing without any knowledge until 51.26 is taken out of PayPal which I did not authorise . Only tried a sample and paid through PayPal that was the end of it or so I thought . Absolute scammers avoid

Signed up for the free trail and was charged and never received any products. I canceled the monthly subscription that they automatically sign you up to this was a complicated process designed to confuse and stop people from leaving. Definitely avoid this company

These guys are con-artists! They offer you a free trial and only have you pay for the postage of it. This is purely to get your payment details and without you knowing, they set up a subscription charging you over £50 per month. There's no mention of this subscription in any of their following communication so you need to be very vigilant to notice. I complained and was told that it was outlined on the website andI had to go through it 3 times to find the one page as part of the check out process, where you can scroll down - the page is designed to make it look like there's no more information below the fold - and there you can find a small mention of it along with it being hidden away in the T&Cs.
Needless to say I asked for my money back but was refused. After a lot of communication, they finally offered me 50% back based on the product being customised so I can't return it. Well I never wanted their product in the first place and they should not have sent it to me.

Very shady business.
I understand that I'm automatically signed up for a subscription when getting a free sample and it's my responsibility to cancel it if not wanted. That is a fairly common business model. That said, they make it very hard to cancel. For one, I couldn't manage my account through their website as I was getting a "No user associated with this email" Error even though it was the email they were using to send me mail.
As I have no way of cancelling my subscription I contacted customer support who seem to only read part of my emails and reply with pre-written messages. They ended up telling me that I can just login with my email - which I couldn't - and after sending them a screen recording as proof they told me I just had to contact them in case I wanted to make any changes or see my account details.
I then couldn't receive a refund as my drugs were "personalised" and therefore couldn't be sent to anyone else. Just to be clear these are all very common cognitive performance supplements and if you go through their "personalisation" questions a few times, it's clear that a large amount of customers are assigned the same supplements with a few minor variations.
I've since had a deeper look into company and the entire website is intentionally deceiving. Some of the video testimonials are payed Lithuanian actors with fake names. The reviews are fake with the images and dates just hardcoded into the website. To top it all off even some of the reviews on trustpilot are fake! A few reverse image searches prove the people in the pictures have different names.
All in all, real shady business and really overpriced drugs. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I lost trust when I was charged the full monthly payment of £52.76 before receiving the trial pack I signed up for.
I also had to cancel my subscription twice. You have to confirm the cancelation around 4 or 5 times (seemed desperate for people to stay).
I tried to explain to the customer service team that I haven't got my trial pack yet so please refund the £52.76 and they repeated the same line 4 times of how i can cancel my account and that the fee would be deducted to my account - helpful.

I didn't have a good experience with this, finding them to be pretty useless. I like the idea, but the application and the product is just as low quality as the customer service.

The most frustrating company I have dealt with in a long time! Absolutely useless customer service. They took two payments from my account in august due to a system error. They agreed to refund me and state that they have processed both refunds but I have only received one. They just keep saying that two refunds have been processed. Mary in customer services is absolutely no help at all. It looks like my only hope is to apply a charge back through my bank account. Hours of my time wasted! Stay well clear.
This matter is not sorted! The information that you have provided has not helped at all as per my email to you today. I am wasting hours of my time because of your incompetence. Your system may be telling you that a refund has been processed but it hasn’t so it needs to be escalated. It’s like banging my head against a brick wall!!!
Final update - it took me one month and over 20 emails for them to finally process a refund correctly! I’ve not received an explanation or a single apology. Absolutely shocking customer service! STAY AWAY

Exactly the same thing has happened to me as countless people below. Charged at the full ammount with customer service completely unwilling to process any form of refund or assistance. Joke of a company.

Paid for the free trial, that was on the 9th August. Did not receive my box, now they have charged me £59 for a subscription that I didn't know I want (FYI, you need to make this VERY clear as most companies do). They are refusing to reimburse me for the subscription, despite them saying it has been delivered. I have now had to get PayPal and my bank involved. Everytime you contact them, they just reply with the same "But we have proof it's been delivered" despite me saying I have not recieved it.
The response below is a typical response from them. I have been trying to get the money back and it has caused me to seek medical advice due to being sick from stress. I have never recieved ANY email regarding being enrolled only "How to use this product".
Clearly from the recent reviews from below you're not being clear enough on the auto-renewal. I would really consider reimbursing those who have fallen for this, otherwise I see a lot of people going to trading standards.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THEIR 'FREE' TRIAL AND AVOID…
DO NOT SIGN UP TO THEIR TRIAL AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. When my trial box arrived 2 days before the free trial period ended and the my charged me 59£ Now I have to involve trading standards. Bad bad bad! Bunch of Scammers and thieves.... they put in the small print at the bottom that they will be charging you over 55£ after your same but you won’t see that as it’s in small print at the bottom and they don’t make it legible for you to see. Absolute con artists !!!

Reply from Cogniora
I saw their trial offer on social media and was charged for the trial pack.
What I did not realise, and what was not made clear, was that in signing up for the trial pack you were effectively enrolling on a subscription service.
Totally my responsibility to read the small print but companies should be more transparent as well.

Reply from Cogniora
Their free (just pay postage) sample is just a scam to sign you up to a subscription. I had no notification that's what I was signing up to when I took them up on their well advertised free trial, even though they say they tell you and email you about it and it's only after they charging me a full month (£55) out of the blue I went back to look at my receipt and it was there. The "just paid postage" is to get your credit card details for this subscription.
Also to cancel you have to click through about 7 times where they continually lower their price to try and get you to stay before they actually let you cancel.
They have also blocked me on Facebook from warning people that they will be signing up for a subscription if they take up the trial. If they are so transparent about the subscription why worry if someone tells others?
Do you really want to use a company that uses such sneaky ways to get you to buy their products?
If the product is that good it will speak for itself. The company wouldn't have to sneakily sign people up to their subscription. And with all the complaints about not being made clear this company has a serious problem with it's model. It can say over and over again it tells people but it's clearly not clear enough if there are so many people complaining. I'm usually really really good spotting trickery like this.

Reply from Cogniora
As all the other reviews say, they don't make it clear that they automatically subscribe you. Cancelling takes you through various different pages where you have to continuously click that you want to cancel. Really annoying and a dishonest way of conducting business. I saw it on Instagram, had great experiences ordering from other brands, and thought I'd give it a shot. Disappointing, and frankly disgusting.

I can't believe a non-prescription medicine works so well with reducing my anxiety. Only positive feedback guys!

I’ve not tried the pills yet as I’ve not received my samples. However, I’m disappointed at the way you set up a subscription on the back of the FREE sample ‘order’.
I ordered the FREE sample pack (which charges you £3 postage), but you used my payment details to enter me into a subscription. I was suspicious you might be a scamming company that does this sort of things, so at every step through the order process, I checked for small print. At no point did you tell me I was entering into a recurring payment scheme! Not even after the sample order was complete. I had to check my account afterwards and as I suspected, you sneakily did it without telling me.
