A wrong choice costing me over 4.100 Euros and Half a Year
I began searching for a loan amounting to less than 3,000. Interestingly, Confinoage did not inform me that this was not possible after signed contracts and several hundred euros had already been transferred.
To keep it brief, after correspondence spanning hundreds of emails and multiple transfers for various fees, I was informed that I needed to pay more for the desired loan. They reminded me that they only accept loan requests with a minimum of 5,000 but suggested making an additional payment to proceed with my request.
To conclude, I canceled the loan request, aware that more payments were required to recover the money.
The interesting and red flag in all of this was the consistent lack of transparency they showed me. Whether it was the frequent statements that I would receive the desired loan after I made the corresponding transfer and sent a confirmation. This lie was communicated to me multiple times, and I have several emails as evidence.
To worsen the situation, they have not yet transferred the promised half of the total amount as further payments are required for various reasons. Before proceeding, I asked them if bank fees would occur, and they claimed that these had already been covered, which turned out to be a complete lie.
I could provide detailed information about the entire situation but choose to keep it brief.
1. Under no circumstances choose this bank for loans or similar matters. (The benefits are not worth the future stress and additional costs.)
2. They will not attempt to make the situation advantageous for the customer.
Proof: They accepted my loan request even though it did not meet the minimum ammount. This shows that they are not professional enough to inform the customer correctly and would rather choose to act like a loan shark.
2. They have no problem telling lies to unnecessarily prolong the process so that they ultimately profit. To be realistic, this is not an isolated case, as several reviews can attest.
So, to save your time and financial strength, do not choose this bank under ANY circumstances.
