Brilliant service and great prices! This was my third order from coffeecups.co.uk and I noticed a slight production error on one of the glasses. Contacted them and they immediately sent a new one with no extra cost.

Coffeecups/ Quickfire Tableware came to our rescue when our original supplier let us down with almost no time to arrange an alternative before a very tight deadline. We reached out and the communication with them was brilliant from the start, really quick replies to our many many questions (which was important because time was against us from the get go) and they explained their process to us really clearly. Not only did they meet our deadline, they ended up being able to deliver the glasses we ordered a day earlier than expected by pushing things through for us. The glasses arrived incredibly well packaged and all intact. The quality of the glasses was brilliant and the personalisation we had printed on it was perfect. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone looking for personalised kitchen supplies.
