Great selection of products. I made an order with various types of items, many of which were fragile (Ceramics, glasses, etc.), and everything arrived very well packed and secure with all the packaging recyclable. Highly recommended.

My comments are that your service is excellent and I pleased that I have found a supplier that sells single items of Churchill china. It is a shame that you cannot buy it in the shops - not in York anyway. Very glad that you are there. Maybe Churchill could put a link on their website listing stockists where you can buy single items.

Such a great variety
Such a great variety, I found exactly what I needed to replace a broken Churchill coffee cup in our set, and thanks to the really clear way they have of describing volume I was able to find the exact match (after accidentally ordering ones that were too small from somewhere else). Not cheap, and the prices without VAT are easy to get confused by, but they make up for it with their great selection and excellent packaging.

Quality and style
The products I ordered were of amazing quality. Actually, a bit of a revelation to find that ceramics could be at once so robust and so stylish. It was great to be given a free postage offer, although the products were already excellent value for money. Also great service - I was able to change my order at the last moment, the staff were so helpful and flexible. I'm a very happy customer!

I ordered 8 cappuccino cups.
Exceptionally good quality cups, felt nice to hold and kept coffee hotter for longer. I was really impressed and pleasantly surprised as wasnt sure about buying cups online as the price was so reasonable too. Arrived in good time and were really well packaged, so no breakages.
All packaging was already recycled and will be recycled again.
Would buy from coffee cups again and recommend 100%
