I was contacted by Cobana to renew my business energy contracts and very quickly realized I was dealing with an efficient organisation. Zane was very informative and knowledable about the state of the energy market and was able to give advice regarding switching from my existing supplier. I checked the quotes online to ensure I wasn't being led into overpaying and was pleasantly surprised to discover he was entirely truthful and transparent about everything we discussed. I even received a call the following day to say one of the prices had reduced slightly overnight and so I could re-sign the contract!

In the current energy crisis you are faced not only with increased costs. You need honest advice to choose and deal with your energy suppliers. Who to trust? they were as good as their word and very patient with me , i asked them phone me back numerous times which they did and they always made me feel happy that i was making the right decision . they put up with my indecision and eventually we signed and are very happy with the outcome

Junaid was very polite and helpful. He explained things clearly and in plain language. I commend him on his courtesy. I had only one complaint - and to be fair it is not about Junaid but his colleagues. At times, there was music playing the background that he said his office colleagues were listening to it. I consider it the height of bad manners and unprofessional for people in offices to play music that potential clients and customers can hear while a colleague is trying to conduct a business conversation.

New Energy Contract

The contract renewal was very straightforward and Ahmed was able to offer a competitive 2 year quote and send electronic contract for signing.

I absolutely hate the fact that you can't do a business comparison online in a similar fashion to a domestic comparison. However, I do have to say that the communications I received from Cobana were exceptional. I only had to say once to email me only, I was given concise accurate information and my queries were answered quickly and with good explanations. I am extremely wary of using any comparison website and I certainly don't embrace unsolicited calls but once it was explained to me why I had to go through a broker in order to secure a fixed price for our business electricity, I trusted Cobana and they appear to have delivered. So I would definitely recommend, however sceptical you are.
