I ordered two dresses for a wedding we are attending at the end of the week. I paid for next day delivery to me here in County Offaly Ireland and unfortunately they got delayed. I recently bought a dress for my wedding which, unfortunately, the courier lost in transit. Normally I would have had to wait several days before the customer service team at Coast would be in a position look into it and arrange a refund or a replacement, but I couldn't afford to wait as my wedding was the week after and there was limited stock in my size. Fortunately, Patricia F in customer care decided to send me another one straight away which not only put my mind at rest, but also saved the day as it turned out to be the last one in my size. Thanks so much Patricia. You are a star!
I had an issue with the dress I ordered a while ago and I complained about it and the customer service person that attended to me nimat was very pleasant and was able to solve my problem.
Ordered my wedding dress on 17.8.22 still waiting for it to arrive, I have the confirmation number and that the order has been placed successfully, the money was taken out of my account on 18.8.22, using there customer service Resolver to find out what is happening, everything seemed okay until this morning when they are wanting digits from my bank card, I have lost £140 already and am not willing to risk them taking more money from me, totally and absolutely disappointed, the website looks okay for coast dress's which I have usually bought from shops, please be wary of this company, I feel I have given resolver enough information already, really disappointed with this.

Absolutely the best customer service team I have ever dealt with :- Mart, Rex, Joselito, Adriane and Julie. Bought 2 different size wedding dresses as unsure of fitting. One of which was not the dress I ordered. Each one of the above team were helpful, polite and nothing too much trouble. Item was returned and refunded in such a quick and efficient way. Can't rate this team highly enough. A real credit to Coast each one. Thank you.
There was delay in my parcel reaching Coast for refund. I emailed customer service and Andrew replied almost immediately apologising for the delay on the shipping side and arranging for the refund immediately. I have never received more friendly and fast response anywhere else from the customer service team.
