UPDATE: no mail was send to me as they say in the response. !!!
SCAM!!! Got a tracking hnumber after writing an email asking for it. It says it was delivered but I didn’t receive anything. Have emailed back and forward but they can’t find my order and they have all my information order number email address phone but they also needed a screenshot from my bank 😡 I wrote that if it was a scam I would report them. No response after that!!!! ONE BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!

I bought multiple dresses in different sizes for my bridesmaid, however they weren’t what we were looking for.
Ever pretty received my returns over 20 days ago, I have been told twice since then the refund will be in my bank within 3-5 days, yet still no sign of it.
I spent over £500 with them, and am doubting that I will ever get it back. I only ever get replies to my emails in the evenings, and no one wants to take ownership.
Please be weary if you decide to order from them, as at this point I’m starting to believe the company is a scam. I am shocked that Coast & Debenhams have anything to do with this company.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and shocking returns policy!
I ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses from Coast. Didn’t realise they weren’t actual Coast dresses and were from a different seller, as it’s not made clear on the website.
On the day we got them, we realised they weren’t right and so tried to return them
on the Coast returns portal. It didn’t work. Contacted Coast who said as it’s from a different seller, they should have put a returns label in the package, there wasn’t one. Coast said they can’t process the return label for different sellers so directed us to Ever Pretty.
Over a week later, Ever Pretty finally sent
us the returns labels. Coast had asked for proof of postage so we sent them the receipt, Only for Coast to tell us it wasn’t the right address. I explained that it was the right address as it was the one Ever Pretty sent us. Also if they knew the returns address, why couldn’t they have told us from the start?
Finally had a refund, for it to come from debanhams and not ever pretty, so basically they make you jump through hoops to then give you the money back themselves.
Completely feel like this company is purposely delaying as they don’t want to refund us. Would not recommend buying from this website. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had coupled with the stress of losing the money that we need for our wedding.
Would suggest if it is from a different seller buying direct with the seller!

I had an issue with a coat that I purchased. Unfortunately it became faulty after a few wears. I asked for an exchange but it was out of stock.
I was very happy with how Christian L at customer services helped me and came up with a solution.

Coast website obfuscates that you could actually be purchasing non-Coast items and lets you order everything together, however when it comes to a return it is a different story and there is no integration.
Failure to take responsibility, sending packages to different places, extremely slow to receive refund long after Coast have received return item. To date, I have not received refund I am due and have received disparate communication from Coast. Steer clear from online shopping with Coast if possible.

Although it started with Coast not processing my returned items, which were tracked and delivered to them, when I contacted them to query it (after giving them about 4 weeks) I had received a full refund of the return within 5 working days and the advisers I communicated with - Zara, Barry and Pat - were lovely about it. I’m delighted it was resolved so easily and felt compelled to write a review about it!

I ordered a dress in petite size 10 - it was too big so I returned and ordered a size 8. When it arrived it fitted - although for a petite still far too long !! However, the dress was very creased, the pleat at the front wouldn’t lie flat and the front hems were not even. I contacted customer services by email and within the hour Ree had replied. After sending photos they agreed with me so I returned the dress and as a gesture of goodwill they refunded delivery/return fees and promised to organise refund asap. I received refund in my bank account today. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

I ordered a dress from Coast online and unfortunately it was faulty and too big. I sent a couple of messages to Coast to say I needed to return the dress, but I didn't want to pay for my postage, as the dress was faulty. A lovely customer service assistant called Reymark was so helpful, they said I would be refunded the payment for my dress, not only that I could keep the dress and donate or upcycle it, or whatever I wanted to do with it. Excellent Customer service.

Dear Coast.
I hoping by contacting via this forum I might get some response in relation to my issue. I have emailed you twice but no response and there is no contact number for me to reach you by phone.
I returned several dreses under order # CUK101525410. I did receive an email on the 1st March that the returns were received and being processed.
However as of today 14th April (almost 1.5months later) I have not yet received my refund of a substantial amount of money.
This is extremely bad customer service especially as I am receiving no response to my emails enquiring where my refund is !
I would appreciate if you could confirm who I contact directly in relation to this issue. How can I escalate this issue to ensure I receive my refund ? !!

I placed two orders with Coast, their’discount’ is really none existent. I ordered via the App get 30% off, it is misleading, there was no such thing as an extra as they imply.
I have ‘battled’ to try to get my full amount back and after several exchanges l literally gave up….or so l thought! I ordered some shoes, £40.19 to be told upon return l will receive my £35.20 back !!!!! Now £40.19 minus £2 return charges does not make £35.20. I will never use this company again ever.

The dresses are ok quality. The zippers are the cheapest qaulity. Man cheap and get stuck where there is more material at the waist. One zipper broke when I got the dress in and pulled it down. Never even got to put the dress on. Sad.
Never seen zippers so cheap. Ever. I buy lots of dresses with many brands. So beware.
But since I’m in Canada the cost to send back is rediculous so will have a seamstress put in a better quality zippers.
Now I understand why all the dresses always come on sale. They aren’t that high quality.

I contacted Coast relating to a late delivery. April Jane B was a star in handling the issue. I know that EVRI are extremely poor at achieving their delivery times but this is an issue at their hub centre not their local couriers and out of Coasts area of control.April was brilliant bless her. And it was a pleasant change being able to message a real human rather than the EVRI robots
I had lost my returns label as my email is on the blink. I messaged Coast via Apple messaging and within 30 minutes I had a lovely cheery response with my label sent directly via message also. Great service.

Ordered a suit but unfortunately the jacket had a different size tag to what was actually on the jacket. Messaged as no phone number and I got a quick response . From Alvin who looked into this , Abby who told me how to return and would get a new jacket sent once I sent a copy of return , Ronald who has resent a new jacket same day as my return with fasted delivery (as I may want it for a party at the end of the week) and Theresa who asked if needed anything else not to hesitate to contact . Great service and thank you to these very helpful people .
