I like to plan ahead and the platform is going to help me to achieve my training goals and in turn my racing goals . The app is easy to use and i have uploaded some of the workouts to my Garmin device without hassle.

Just joined after many months of wondering if it was the right thing for me. I’ve used in line coaches previously and was somewhat wary as a result. My experience so far has been way above my expectations, excellent support, speaking to a real human, really good engagement and such a well thought out set up for the humble athlete. I honestly feel like I’m getting access to Olympic level coaching for me a humble park jogger . If you have any doubts reach out to them directly but honestly I’d say just sign up you will not have any regret ( apart from not doing it sooner).
Love the focus on strength training
The focus on strength and the quality of the strength training videos is really good, was able to pick up the exercises that I’ve never done before very quickly and also really like that a separate strength plan is selectable for the training schedule.

Preparing for my first Comrades Marathon and using the Coach Parry app for the first time.
The training schedule takes away all the mental gymnastics, which I really appreciate. I was initially skeptical about the recommended pace ranges, but after a month I completely see their value. I’m actually enjoying my running, and the plan feels both realistic and motivating. I’m confident it will prepare me well for my first Comrades Marathon. I also love the video content—the insights and knowledge are incredibly valuable.
Consistency & rest for good pace
I love how the pgm is teaching me to run. Before I just ran distance at roughly the same pace that did not improve much, I could feel i could push more but didnt. This pgm is pushing me, in a good way..its not breaking me. I have not yet reached the ability to hold a 07:30pace for a long period but with consistency and rest I believe I can get there with this pgm.

I have signed up for the Coach Parry 6 month plan as I start prepping for Comrades. This is after I spent a lot of time with my first Comrades following the guidance from the coaches from the Webinars that they held leading up to Comrades. All that advice is what helped me cross the line and I look forward to get into this program and see how much more I can achieve with the Coach Parry team.

I give my experience 3 stars for now because I haven't downloaded one of the training plans for me ( for 1500m / 3000m indoor track ) as of yet but very excited and glad that I've joined. I've been dealing a bit with an left achilles issue ( coming off the XC season) have been doing the applicable exercises along with a little running and stationery biking. I want to be at 85% + achilles healed before starting one of the training plans.
