We had Andrew Maxwell as our driver on our school trip to Quebec City April 18-April 21st, 2018. Andrew was prompt, professional and a great driver, manoeuvering us around some tight spots in and around the city. He was patient with us and always had a fun story to share and smile on his face. We had a great chuckle together on the 8 hour bus ride home and all of the supervisors were in stitches with his stories. We would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone.

I no longer look after bus trips for our Garden Club, for about 5 years now.

When I did Use Coach Canada I found them very helpful in helping me plan my trips. Drivers were always very obliging and also very helpful.

I have used Coach Canada several times in the past including a trip to Myrtle Beach, NC. The drivers were always friendly and outgoing. The customer service were helpful with questions regarding itinerary, border crossing, etc. I would definitely recommend Coach Canada to other sport organizations.

I have used Coach Canada a number of times for my school trips to NYC, Chicago, Boston, New Orleans etc., and usually have pleasant experiences, but spent our first morning in NYC helping our driver (very nice btw) try to put coolant/water into the engine, which was bone dry due to a leak/radiator problem (engine would not run without it). We eventually swapped out our bus for a Coach USA bus, showed up about an hour late to our 3 hour bus tour of Manhattan, only to discover the new bus had no air conditioning (30 degrees Celsius out). Our driver went back later to get new bus. Better luck next time I guess.

The service received from Coach has been above reproach for the last 12 years. The drivers are experienced in driving in a wide range of weather conditions which is necessary when transporting students to ski locations in our Ontario winters.

When we need designated driver the company accommodates with the one that knows the children's' needs and children understand him.

The service is good, but the cost is higher than it should be and availability is limited. Customer service needs improvement when mistakes happen.

I take groups of seniors to various events. Every time I have used Coach Canada the bus drivers have always been very caring and mindful that they have senior citizen passengers. The always are knowledgeable around the area we are scheduled to visit.
Every bus has been clean and fresh. No residents or myself have ever had any complaints!
