I sent a cargo shipment to Sri Lanka 34…

I sent a cargo shipment to Sri Lanka 34 days ago. When I called the number 0208 900 2451, a man answered and said he was a temporary employee who didn’t know anything and told me to call back later. He was rude. The people handling this shipment are unprofessional and appear to be only a local clearing agent, not the reputed company I was told I was dealing with (Angelo Asian Group). This looks like a scam.

I also contacted +94 77 391 0667 and was told there is no parcel under my details, even though I have the airway bill receipt. When I handed over the parcel I was told I could track it online, but the tracking link does not work. This is unacceptable and feels fraudulent.

Do not deal with this company — I believe all taresist organization people are involved.

Please investigate and provide the current status of my shipment immediately. I expect a prompt, clear response and confirmation of delivery arrangements.

fkd up service since 1990

I am very disappointed with this service. I sent a parcel nearly three weeks ago and have still not received any update or clear response on its status. When I try to call, the phone is often not answered, or I am told to call back later, which has been extremely frustrating.

I was informed that tracking would be available, but the tracking system does not work at all. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to trust the process or know where the parcel is.

In addition, the person handling calls has been very rude and unprofessional. There have been instances of inappropriate language, and customers are addressed in an overly casual manner, such as being called “brother,” which is unacceptable in a professional setting.

Overall, the poor communication, unreliable tracking, and unprofessional customer service have made this a very negative experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this service. And it's a (9999 - Dormant company)

Rude Staff & Terrible Customer Service

Got shouted at by an old male member of staff when I didn't put my Evri parcel in the correct place after using the machine (because no one was helping me). The other younger man behind the till was ignoring me when I asked him for a receipt & he seemed totally unbothered / away with the fairies. Will definitely not come here again. Terrible customer service.

DON’T DROP YOUR EVRI PARCEL HERE. AVOID. THEY STEAL IT. Read their Google reviews. I dropped a parcel I sold on eBay for £105. These thieves stole my box and sent something else. They took my address label and taped it on top of a different box and sent it. Now I have to refund the buyer. I hope they pay for their dishonesty. I know Karma catch up with these stinky thieves.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company

For taking the parcel they will say anything. but they will not deliver the parcel on time. My package was sent on express service on 23/10/2018 still not delivered. You rather pay extra and go direct to the courier company. Stay away from this company they are a sham and should not be allowed to lies customers.
