I bought a whale tracking bracelet for my friend and he loved it. We experienced no issues with delivery, and a small magasine speaking about the conservation efforts was very beautifully done ( i only regret that we got the edition about penguins not whales but we are not complaining, it was very informative and interesting).I am already thinking about getting another one for another friend.

Got given a club ocean bracelet as a gift, with the QR code to track an Orca whale called Koda. After one scan the QR code was a dead link and wouldnt allow me to access the tracking app. Pretty disappointing

I had a very positive experience with Club Ocean. I adopted a shark a few years ago and recently noticed that the tracking data seemed frozen for several months, which made me worried.

I contacted their support team and received a very quick, kind, and reassuring response. They explained the situation clearly and helped me access the new tracking interface, where everything works perfectly now.

I really appreciate their helpful communication and the meaningful work they do in shark conservation. It feels nice to support a project that truly cares about both the animals and their supporters.

Great quality of the products, fantastic customer support. Despite small problem with QR code, I received fast help within minutes! I will definitely go back to buy more!!

Very pleased withe bracelets and the app to track the penguins. We are tracking them as a family. We went to Antarctica last year and this brings back the memories . Had some trouble setting it up Club Ocean was very helpful!!

I've written two emails to customer service to ask why my "instantaneus" gift cards were still missing after days, and they didn't respond. I'm frustrated with the service, and apparently writing here is one of the only ways to get an answer, if any.

Update: the problem was solved in an effective way. Still I understand that there could be problems, but the delay of response still does not allow me to give five stars.
That being said, the actual plushies are amazing, the system of donation and tracking is very nice and once they responded the solution was very rapid.
If you plan to buy from them for a special occasion, buy in advance.

And if you have a problem you can send an e-mail and they actually reply really fast and try to help you.

I really like this initiative, I have already ordered several bracelets and other gadgets. Recently had some issues but they immediately responded and rectified the issue.

Very nice that you can track your animals and have a small peak into what these people are trying to do with the raised funds.

I bought as a present and for myself as well. My friend was happy to receive a present with purpose. It's glad to understand that you aren't only buying a jewellery but also helping at least a little nature. Delivery was fast and secured.

I made two orders in November of 2025, one to the Uk which took six weeks to get delivered., the second order I made on the same day and although my credit card was charged for this second order I never received an order number or any information. I am trying to get my money reimbursed to my credit card, but so far have not had any success.

I used the offer and bought four bracelets for me and my kids. The delivery went very smoothly, and it was a great joy for kids to learn about their animals, see their pictures, location, read about the last observations.

Farce ! Zoe only responds to email on a public forum like this , no accountability .

It don't work qr code issues , I feel mislead and it's very poor customer service trying to get anything resolved with this company is like getting through a Shakespeare play such as Macbeth.
