I ordered a pair of shoes and when they arrived they were the wrong size. The company has refused to exchange them for the correct size even though I sent them proof that they had made a mistake. Do not use this company.

I bought a pyjama set, wasn’t expecting top quality given the price, but neither was I expecting twisted poor stitching. I ordered size XL which they say is equivalent to a size 16, I ordered bigger than I needed as I expected a small size discrepancy but they were very small more like a size 10/12.
I contacted them to voice my complaint and disappointment, the reply I received was
“ We are sorry that our products failed to satisfy you. But our measurements are all accurate, the error is within the acceptable range. And there's detailed data in the scale.”
Clearly no interest in customer satisfaction, complete waste of money. Definitely not recommended.

Totally fraudulent company. I ordered shoes and was sent the wrong size AND ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.
The response to my request for a refund and return policy was

If you want to return the goods for a refund, you need to send them back by yourself and provide the tracking number (Freight borne by yourself). We will process the refund for you after receiving the goods

I ordered a pair of boots and they sent me the wrong size. I asked for paid postage to return them for free but they did not offer this service. Terrible company! Will avoid completely in the future.

I purchased two sets of what were supposed to be silk pjs as a gift. The items arrived and are clearly made from polyester. I didn't expect them to be of great quality for the price, but given all the information about mulberry silk on their site, I did hope they'd at least be made from silk. I've been trying to return. No contact from company, then curt email saying I had to pay return costs, but they have yet to provide me with the address to send them too-also not on their site. Wish I'd checked more carefully first, don't buy from them it's all really cheap, poor quality stuff you can buy from Sammydress for 10% of the price.

I agree with the others. Don’t buy from them. They are based in China. The shoes I got were poor quality, too small and they were certainly not orthopaedic. After many email exchanges I got an address in China to return them at my own cost!

Avoid at all costs.
Shoes of poor quality, basically rubbish. Inaccurate sizing. Cannot return or get refund. I dare not give to charity, in the bin they go 😡😡

Placed an order and it has never arrived. Told it would be 10-15 days and it has well exceeded that. Customer service does respond but offer no help or suggestion as to when an order might actually arrive. Just not worth the hassle so I’d strongly urge you to shop elsewhere

The shoes are really cheap and nasty!
Having read other comments I realise no point in trying to return them so have to accept have lost my money!
I doubt even a charity shop would accept these shoes! they are cheap and nasty plastic which the photo very cleverly does not show.

Don't buy Cloverwoo shoes! A total waste of money. I can't get them over my heels though they would appear to be long enough. They look like something cheap one would buy in a beach shop. Orthopaedic shoes? I don't think so! No return address supplied.

The shoes for sale on this site are the same as other Chinese sites that simply disappear, when the shoes eventually arrive the quality is dire. I got no response from the company when I complained and no refund from Paypal. Avoid!!

Dreadful product. No return address or paperwork with parcel. Obviously a very dodgy company. Avoid.

The shopping experience and goods are very good, I will recommend friends to buy, don’t hesitate, just buy it!

I ordered the silk pyjama set after looking at their size guide and ordering a size 20 even though I’m usually a size 16. The measurements of the items that arrived matched the size 10 on their size guide so message them and to be fair they did reply quickly but only to tell me that the measurements were “within range”. Apparently the measurements can be anywhere between the smaller and larger inches on the guide and 5 inches off the largest measurement was within range. Unfortunately a difference of 5 inches makes the items unwearable which is a shame as the items are lovely. I was offered a coupon, which I still haven’t received. My review on their site is hidden ( not sure of the point of honest reviews if they can’t be seen) and they deleted my comment in reply to someone asking what the size was like from their Facebook thread.

Ordered some shoes sold as special with suppose and should be leather and fabric. They are plastic, cheap quality stink of plastic and are far too narrow.
Asked to return them for a refund. They said to pay for full tracking to return them which will cost more than the shoes are worth. So yet again another company getting away with scamming by sending some crap and then leaving you to conclude there’s nothing you can do and walk away. I’ve submitted a PayPal claim but had similar at Xmas snd got nowhere. .

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. They took a long time to deliver when they finally arrived from China I found them to be too narrow for me and wanted to return them. I emailed the company to be told they will be unable to supply the return address as the shoes are as described . The quality is very poor and they do not meet their criteria. Not recommended.

I ordered shoes and when they came they were not as described. I wrote to the company to ask for a returns address but they said that the goods were the latest style and I would like them if I tried them. I didn't try them, I could see I didn't like them. latest communication said I could return them - no address given - and I'd have to bear the cost myself! Dreadful customer service - avoid Cloverwoo.
