UTTER RUBBISH.
They have no idea of size,
I ordered a size 7, what turned up had size 7 on the shoe but was actually a size 8/9.
Trying to get in contact with them is a nightmare as they don't want to speak to you if it's a complaint.
So if you fancy a go on the cloverwoo lottery great, but remember they could send you anything whether you want it or not.

Previous review written on 29th June. Shoes too small ordered size 5 received 4 (37) although they say it is a 5. Was offered £10 voucher which I refused. Asked them for better customer service or I would seek further advice - no further response. I will try Citizens Advice but not hopeful. This company are bad and should be stopped.

Do not use this company! I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered from them. Ordered size 18, what arrived was more like a size 10/12. Was offered a £5 refund which I refused now apparently I have to fund the return shipping myself. I am going to look in to a way of reporting this company.

Pyjamas were the right size-but are polyester and definitely not silk.

fake, scam! never believe anything that they write about a product! if they promise nice quality mulberry silk, you get the cheapest polyester

Finally received shoes which dont fit, absolute rubbish. Contacted company and they requested photos & proof of purchase!! Their website offers 7 day money back guarantee, totally worthless comment. They offered a credit note which I refused, I have made repeated requests for a return address which they have refused to supply, although they did say freight charges would be my responsibilty! Last communication stated they dont have a UK return address. They are no longer responding to my emails. Appalling service, do not order from this company, costly mistake I have learned.

Shoes took 3 plus weeks to arrive and only after a reminder. They are EXTREMELY difficult to get on although he right size. Eventually managed with a shoe horn. A polite request to return and refund refused under they said, "these circumstances" whatever they are. Once on my feet they are comfortable but I will need an extra 3 or 4 minutes to get ready to go out !!

ORDER OF SHOES
Finally received the shoes yesterday. Found they were too small. Ordered a size UK5 and they sent a 37 instead of 38. There is no return slip or address to send them back. I emailed them but didn't get very far. Apparently they are based in China and even though the mistake is on their part, they expect me to use my money to return them and there is no guarantee that they will send the right size. Looking through comments here I wish I had been more vigilant. Lesson learnt.

Wrong item sent. No opportunity to return. BAD BAD COMPANY Check out your bank account. My payment was deducted by Luckburst!!!!!! I contacted the fraud squad and had my money refunded.

Totally shambolic. Fraudulent to be honest. I tracked my item from 'leaving China' to 'delivery'. I have received nothing. Like everyone else, I wish I had read these reviews first. I'm not even going to bother chasing it up as it seems to be pointless. The good reviews are clearly fake.

#update. My item had been wrongly delivered to a person who has just brought it to me, so apologies to cloverwoo in that regard.
However, other customer complaints remain valid, such as wrong size and colour and quality. The garment I ordered is badly made and doesn't fit but I reckon I'm stuck with it.

The cut of the fabric is horrendous and ill-fitting, as well as not being mulberry silk as advertised. This item has never seen natural silk. It's cheap and nasty.

Repeated requests to refund were ignored until PayPal dispute but then they've insisted the ite is returned at cost to me. They have lied and behaved downright unethically. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I wish I had checked out Cloverwoo on this site before ordering. My shoes arrived, far too small and refund refused. They actually suggested I bought another pair in a different size! What I would like to do is to stop them from advertising on Facebook. I have reported them to Facebook but I am guessing to no avail. They are crooks.

Awful! I was totalled conned with the shoes. Total ripoff. They rely on fake adverts and false promises and the fact that they are over in China and virtually impossible to get a refund.

PLEASE AVOID ! This company is based in China and are SCAMMERS. I also ordered the so called Silk PJ's, they have sent the wrong item in the wrong colour and the supposed size 18 is about a 10/12. I used PAYPAL and have disputed but so far been offered £5 refund which is shocking. I honestly thought PAYPAL gave you some buyers protection.

I ordered 3 sets of silk pyjamas, 2 size 20 and 1 size 14. I received 3 x XXL. When I contacted them to ask for replacements they said the XXL is size 14, and a size 14 and size 20 were the same, so the order was correct! This is despite them having the measurements on the website. They are also very definitely not silk. I will be returning and getting a refund through Paypal, but totally disgusted by their attitude to their customers.

LIkie other people, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Cloverwoo which are way too small. I have been trying to obtain their address to return them both for a refund. £50 is a lot of money just to throw away! Looks like I am going to be unlucky :(

I honestly don't know what to say about the positive comments all over Facebook I wonder if they are all genuine customers or I just got very poor products. I purchased 2 sets of mulberry silk pyjamas one for my daughter and one for myself because they look so beautiful and the comments on Facebook were all very positive. Sadly, what I have received is shoddy to say the least. I guess its true that if its too good to be true, then it really is too good to be true. A lesson has been learnt and I will NEVER recommend this company. To return the product to the company for a refund, the postage is to China and costs £25.00.The refund was only agreed after several emails for a return address. Please do not spend your hard earned cash on these shoddy products which are man made fibres not silk.

I totally agree with all the previous comments Facebook should take Clover woo down. Cheap cheap shoes completely misleading descriptions of their therapeutic qualities and a dreadful returns policy. Do not buy
