Great friendly support and assistance, really pleased
Really please with the transfer for our domains to this hosting company. The assistance provided was excellent and ok there were a couple of niggles, the important part was how they were handled and that was a credit so that was really appreciated.

I've been using Cloud Next for nearly 8 years now and I don't have a bad word to say!. The pricing of reseller hosting is extremely reasonable, and the service is second to none. When it comes to hosting emails and websites issues crop up from time to time and the Cloud Next team get it sorted 9/10 times within minutes, even if it was something I did by mistake! I've been a long time customer and so…
I've been a long time customer and so wanted to update my review to reflect the recent improvements. Lots of the manual processes have been improved and automated, making self-service much easier and faster. The proactive status updates are something I personally asked for, and very much appreciate them telling me of an issue before I notice it now. CloudNext continues to go from strength to strength, and so I have no plans to go anywhere else anytime soon!
