Only 10 days!

I am afraid that it would take many days to arrive at beginning like some of people, but fortunately, my parcel arrived within 10 days, thanks god! Maybe CloudMall has improve their service. I will recommend to my friends and order again! :)

Well pleased

I bought a set of backpacks off cloudmall delivery was a bit long winded about 4 weeks but I recieved them well pleased I did go on the customer services once I found it they replied withinin5 mins after I gave my order number the items are
of excellent quality and are lovely so despite the wait it was worth it thank you cloud mall I think Cloud mall is a go between for buyers so it depends on what seller you get for the quality of your goods mine was really good

I'd like to share my views on Cloud…load of crap this

I'd like to share my views on Cloud Mall I ordered a denim jacket off them after waiting 2 weeks it arrived its not denim its made out of the most cheapest material I and has a cheap fur trim on not to mention cheap nasty buttons. I have tried messeging the them on numerous occasions and occasions but no reply what's so ever. Warning to all do not order off this company I want to add you don't listen every complain I've made I have had no response from told you I've binned the jacket it was horrible just forget about it but every time I see your advert I will warn people not to order

If there was 0 star I would have picked that option please please read reviews before buying. I ordered a jacket and they took out the money, I have not recieved any email confirming my order or an order number and
When I try contacting them I get no reply and there is Noo way to speak to anyone about it.
I feel like I've just been robbed

I am absolutely discussed with…

I am absolutely discussed with cloudmall. I wish I had read these reviews. I paid £31 for 3items and after 2 months I was told the items where out of stock. They refunded me £11 and not the full amount. I have sent them a email to say I'm going to take this matter further. Who do they think they are taking people money!!!!!. Makes my blood boil. Think I'm going to let people know on face book to be aware of this site.

I placed an order over 2 months ago. I received a package this morning. Wasnt what I ordered I was disgusted with the item they sent. It was a jacket that was badly made. Will be putting it straight in the bin. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes an a dress

I made an order on the 8th September…

I made an order on the 8th September they took the money on the 9th September I have been advised by there customer service to log into the app and track my order there is nothing there so angry sent three emails return email is automated saying they will respond in the next three to fiv days please be aware
