I like to order in ur website but it so painful for me because when you order something else u people we delay the order, think a look of things when I order in another website it we take 2 or 3 and other website will take 2 weeks, you people have to do very faster if u people are not correct the mistake I can't buy something in ur website again please do something about dat

I ordered a coat and a pair of boots on the 2 of this month still not arrived asked for a refund told that would be fine then got email saying that I couldn’t have a refund as it had been dispatched then emailed them back they then said it hasn't been dispatched there had been a delay so once again that said they would give me a refund still waiting this company are such liars I would not recommend this company they just take your money I don’t even no if I will ever get my money back such a joke All they do is use delay tactics

Waited over a month for a coat that is nothing like the picture. Cheap, nasty, poor quality and resembles a thin bed jacket rather than the thick faux fur jacket that was pictured. Communication from them is not existent !!! Save your money and stay away from these SCAMMERS !!!!

I have send several messages informing the company that royal mail have not been able to delivery my parcels because they failed to put the full address. Still no response. Absolutely disgusting service. Will not recommend or order again
Non of the items have arrived.

Ordered 3 items on 17/10/2019 arrived after nearly a month.I tried to contact numerous times on messenger and just got automated responses. Items arrived nothing like description, poor quality and really small fitting. Emailed to return told to send pictures of label if sizing wrong, no labels. Still trying to get information to return and receive refund.

absolutely atrocious customer care…

absolutely atrocious customer care ,ordered a dress months ago didn't arrive but the money went out of my account straight away , when I emailed them they asked for order number , when I signed in to account the dress had disappeared from my account and it looked like I had never even ordered it to say I am fuming is an understatement it all looks a sham

15 days to get!

This is my second time to make order. Actually, it did a little bit late when I made the first order on August, whatever the service and the delivery, and I got my first parcel in 25 days. However, I made second order at 1st Oct, I got my second order within only 15 days, CloudMall service always say they are trying to speed up and improve the service, I thought they make it happened. The stuff is still cheap and great, Recommend!
