Don’t waste your money. This company is a scam and I’ve given up expecting to receive my order.

It's a1 because it won't let me go lower. Lots of wordy emails along the way but as my bank said today when I placed a dispute on the charge, if a vendor doesn't give at least an approximate ship date that is a red flag as to their legitimacy. The obvious red flag which was already too late was the foreign exchange charge from PayPal. That was not on any screen anywhere in the checkout process. Only one assumption here, offshore crooks. BUYER BEWARE

Total scam. Took my money and have failed to deliver. The emails I’ve received are word for word what the other reviewers have said. I will be disputing the charges on my cc.

Exact same issue as others. Total scam. Probably located in China, not Houston. Have disputed payment with PayPal, trying to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered masks and filters 4/30/2020. Was getting emails all along about them being made. If they were in stock, why are they being made? On 5/12 received email that they are done and ready to ship. 5/13-shipping delay due to USPS taking extra precautions. Emailed them to ask what is the problem, Now it says due to coronavirus outbreak, the government has tightened the custom process and transportation and supplies. If they are done, what does that have to do with supplies? Total BS, they were sure quick to take my money though. Will be disputing charges due to no timely delivery.

I ordered 3 masks on 04/30/20 bearing the logo of my daughter's alma mater. The masks were supposedly in stock. Nope. The materials were in stock. They sent me an email on 05/12/20 that the masks were complete. Exactly 24 hours later, they emailed me an excuse about shipping delays related to COVIC-19. They said: "During the epidemic of the coronavirus, our shipping partners, USPS, has taken extra precautions to protect their employees from COVID-19. As a result, there will be an overloaded circulation of cargoes as well as a shortage of personnel and postmen."

Their new their excuse is: "Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus outbreak, the government has tightened the custom process and transportation to prevent the spread of infection, which prevents our manufacturer from obtaining supplies."

I've seen complaints that they were using logos and art without permission of the creators. Their update emails show my pictures implying that the masks were being made in the U.S. and now they seem to be walking back their prior statement that my order was complete. It will soon be 3 weeks since I paid for my order and still no shipping information.

SCAM - Buyer beware. Website created on 4/28/20. Ordered masks. Daily e-mail updated about production until time to ship, then delay due to Covid-19 and no shipment or tracking information. Website says they are out of Houston, TX. If this is true tracking information should be available from all U.S. Carriers the minute a shipping label is created. Disputed charge with PayPal, and notified company. Charge made through Paddle.com. I would not trust these charges, or company at all. Completely fraudulent. Don't believe the "customer reviews" that pop up on their website either. The "shop" link is no longer valid. Compete pop-up garbage.

Spent $100 and havent recieved anything, not even the tracking number....

Ordered cloth masks 2 weeks ago. Order said 7-10 days. I'm only getting a run-around about a completion date much less a delivery date. They blame COVID19 which is exactly why I ordered the masks. Thinking it's a scam.
