HORRIFIC! Do not order from them. Like others here, I ordered from their FB ad and have received nothing over 5 weeks. At first they send you regular messages, but then they stop and now you all i get is cryptic messages from some bot called Helen telling me that my masks are on the way with the shipping agent. Whatever that means, scam or not, it means they are coming from outside of the US! Dispute the charges, hope for the best and DO NOT ORDER from them. They are definitely sketchy!

Total scam never got my masks and been over a month. They send you all these emails letting you know they are making them then shipping to warehouse to be shipped to you. That was on 5/13 have never heard a peep since. Will be disputing this charge.

Never order from this company! They advertise on Facebook so don't get trapped by their ads. I ordered over a month ago. Their refund policy is 24 hours. They promise to ship within 5-7 days. But they don't tell you they can't ship as advertised until well after the cancellation period. Buyer beware!!!! Don't make my mistake.

Too bad they don't have a star for the scam. For the scam, they get 5 stars. I ordered mine in April, have emailed them every single day and get nothing but a bot response. No phone number, too. I'm going to dispute this as well. I have no tracking number, have never been sent one. Please blast this all over social media to stop these people. There is also a "Clothly" (no "c" at the end) and they say it's not them, but seriously couldn't spell "facemask". sooo......

No masks after 2 months and had to initiate dispute via PayPal as they stopped responding. Don’t order from them!

ZERO stars! I ordered from them May 5th. Says 5-10 business days. It will be a month in 3 more days and they stopped responding. It’s bad enough COVID left me with no income at all for 2 & 1/2 months, but they took what little money I had left and basically laughed at me!

Do not order from this place, I ordered masks on April 30th and I am still waiting for them to be shipped, I email them and get automated emails back and then when they finally answer they say it has to be shipped yet for over 3 weeks the same status. Order from ETSY this place is awful! Never trusting those ads on facebook anymore! It says on their website that they will mail in 5-10 business days, more like 100 business days after order by that time the virus will be long gone!

I want a refund!

They do not even deserve 1 star. Placed my order on April 29th. Still nothing on May 12th. I started a claim with PayPal to get my money back. That was denied because they sent PayPal tracking information. Ive still not got my mask. This company is a fraud. Do not spend money with them.

I ordered 2 masks from this so called company. It is now 6/1 and I have not received my masks. I emailed them n their automatic emails proves they are a scam company. $36 in their pocket which possibly is from a country outside of United States. Buyer beware...DO NOT ORDER AS YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER SEE YOUR MASKS.

Today is 6/16/20 - I received my masks today in the mail. They are great and came with inserts and were made as I ordered them. I apologized to the company but did tell them better communication would have helped. I had heard from the company early on but then nothing for over a month. Like everyone else they got overwhelmed with orders. At this point I would order from them again knowing it would take awhile. I am happy with them.

I have deleted my original review where I had given them one star. I had been skeptical about ordering initially and when it was taking a long time with little communication I was concerned.

Wow, wish I'd seen this before I ordered. I ordered on4/28 and sent differant emais asking status and Helen H. from customer support sends the same response over and over. Definitely a scam be aware!

I'm afraid to say my experience is as bad as the others. Ordered 4/29, it is almost June 1 and no masks, no reply. Will dispute through my credit card. Scammers.

This company never sent my products. Received several messages saying that order was on the way. Even sent me a so called discount on another purchase. Why would I buy from them again. Tried to contact them through pay pal who is supposed to help in cases like this, no luck. Finally had my bank to dispute charges. Now they contact me saying that they do not have a record of my email. I emailed them from both of my emails, why did they only respond on the same day I started the process with my bank and of course not to the email that I purchased through.

I ordered almost 2 months ago and still haven't received my masks. They have stopped responding to my inquiries. Do not order from this company!!!

Ditto previous comments about orders placed but never received. Despite several emails promising shipping tracking numbers and inquiries to customer service, no masks have been shipped after month of empty promises.

I made an online order at Clothlyc on 4/29 that included insured shipping with tracking code for an extra $9.99.
The first email said I would receive a tracking # once the items have been shipped. They sent another email about the high volume in orders they had. They sent emails to show production.On 5/11, received an email stating that the merchandise left the factory to go to the warehouse for labeling for shipping. The next day I received a short email about a discount code because of delay. I sent them an email on 5/18 for status. They said again that the package was being sent to the shipping agent and would receive a tracking # as soon as they receive it. I sent another email on 5/23 asking for an update. Received another email on 5/25 stating the same thing."Regarding your concern, I would like to say that your order is shipped out and on the way to our shipping agent. The tracking number will be updated to you as soon as we receive from them. Furthermore, I would like to give you a 20% discount off your next purchase..."
Why on Earth would i make an additional purchase from a company that can't provide what's already been paid for???

I could’ve written all of the previous reviews. I kind of suspected something was up with the whole “you are going to love us...” message after purchase. Scum. And they have the nerve to offer a 20% discount on another purchase IN the email saying that my unfulfilled order is delayed by pandemic.

2 months later and still no mask! Ask for a refund a month ago they sent email saying I had to cancel my order within 48 hours and I had exceeded my time. I will be disputing charges

Wish I had checked here before ordering! Ordered on 4/29, kept getting update emails. Finally got shipment email on 5/11... I’ve sent three emails. All have come back with “be patient... Covid delay...”.

Last email notified of charge back and report to BBB.

Ditto as everyone else. PayPal better refund needs since others have warned them before me
