I honestly loved every part of the interview and onboarding process with Closers.io. From the start, everything was structured, clear, and motivating. Ashley is hands down the greatest sales coach I’ve ever had, he's highly skilled, encouraging and really knows how to bring out your best. His guidance, feedback, and leadership completely transformed how I show up as a sales professional.

The ramp-up process was awesome, I learned a tonne. Within a week I learned everything I needed to know as a brand-new closer. It paid off and I closed three out of my first four calls.

My experience with Closers.io has always been amazing! I have joined lots of coaching programs and closers.io have by far set the highest standard of excellence. Special shout-out to my coach Tony who is nothing short of a legend, within the first month of working with him our total monthly cash collected doubled.

Account managers are a bit too busy for this job. The course content is really good and I learned a ton about sales. But it's more of a pay-to-learn then a pay-for-actual-service, they don't really do anything other than direct you to training. The training is really good though, so that makes it kinda worth it. Really pricey, but they did form my initial sales team and I'm very grateful for the experience overall.

We have done a lot of coaching over the years with many different individuals and businesses and Closers.io is the first time it feels as though our coach, Aaron Griffin, is actually invested in us and what we do. It isn’t just our weekly phone calls where he gives suggestions and ideas of ways to promote our business, but he will randomly send Slack messages throughout the week if he comes up with another idea or suggestion or just wants to see where our numbers are for the most recent ad we ran, which tells us he cares and is actually thinking about ways to help us at times other than just on our weekly phone call. No matter the issue we are running into, there is always someone that Aaron is able to connect us to through Closers.io that is able to help us work through whatever the situation. Sometimes you can get on a call with someone that you are paying to coach you and you feel like you are having to tell them what it is that you do and how your business works for a majority of the phone call but that has never been the case with Aaron. He fully understands what we do and how we do it where you can tell he has done his own research on us and truly wants to do all that he can to help us succeed. Most of all he relates to where we struggle with our business. We can tell it is always on his mind and that it bothers him until he helps us find a solution. That means more than anything! I will definitely be coming back to add to this review once we get to the selling portion of our offer as right now we are still getting it put together.

The Closer support calls that Phil runs have been very helpful. His tactical sales tips are always spot on, but I think what sticks with me the most is the countless mindset shifts and principles that I now carry with me before, during, and after my sales calls. A large part of why I not only have a very high close rate, but more importantly, my performance is able to be consistent!

Phil is one of the most experienced and articulate sales coaches I have worked with.

Working with Cole's team was critical to successfully restructuring our sales team and processes. If not for their help, we wouldn't be here.

The account managers we had were the elite of the elite when it comes to sales and did an amazing job training and supporting our team. Sourcing sales people is also a huge plus.

To make this work, you gotta be willing to dive deep as an owner and do the work. It's not a DFY program, but they will work with anyone on your team to get the job done.

Can't thank them enough for being there when we needed them. In total, we worked with Cole's team for 4 years straight.

I’ve been working with Closers.io for a while now. The programme is premium and not cheap, but I’ve found real value in the advice and coaching, particularly from Aaron G and Phil H, who have been excellent at helping sharpen my sales approach.

That said, not everything has been perfect. Some of the copy reviews and turnaround times haven’t always been as fast or as strong as I’d expect at this price point.

Overall though, if you’re serious about improving sales skills and willing to invest, there’s a lot here to take away.

Been working with closers io for about 2 weeks now. Was able to land a role within the same week in a niche I have experience in. The coaching calls, courses, and 1-1 support have been very helpful.

I have been with Closers for about 6 months. I came having a loss of min $5k every single month with NO clients and not being able to close ANYONE. Now im at min $20K profit this month and closing 30% of my calls.

Closers.io has genuinely changed my life. I was working at AT&T before finding them barely making any money. I was able to learn a skill that transformed my income and overall lifestyle. Was offered a great opportunity at a great company and have been loving my new role.

Unprofessional, Unethical, Filing Suit in Court Next

After my review went live, one of their Account Managers, A. McKinlay, reached out and offered to refund my money in exchange for (1) removing my review and (2) signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

The agreement they sent was unprofessional and heavily one-sided. I responded respectfully, citing each problematic clause and proposing fair revisions. This is the normal iterative process in professional organizations.

Instead of engaging in good faith, Y. Adamovich, their so-called “Client Success Director,” suddenly jumped into the email thread. He reneged on the refund offer, claimed he wasn’t aware of the original promise, and dismissed his teammate’s offer as “far too generous.” At no point did Mr. Adamovich cite a single clause or provide a constructive revision—only dismissiveness. He also cited a contract I signed with legally unenforceable terms in an attempt to muzzle me.

As someone who has Directors reporting to me at a Fortune 100 company, I can say confidently that Mr. Adamovich did not demonstrate even an entry-level grasp of “Client Success,” let alone the professionalism and accountability expected of a Director.

This experience confirmed my worst suspicions: Closers.io is not only dishonest but also unprofessional and unethical in how they treat clients when problems arise.

In summary:

• I paid $12,000 and spent several months in their so-called “done with you” collaboration. ROI? Zero.

• Their workflow and questions revealed a lack of industry understanding, which their own Account Manager later admitted (“we should have assigned a different AM with relevant industry experience”).

• There were significant material differences between what was advertised by their sales rep, S. Konzem, during my first few interactions with Closers, and what was delivered. Suggesting deceptive or fraudulent inducement and material misrepresentation. This potentially violates Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act in Texas and the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act.

• Their recommendations were no better than generic Udemy sales courses. Honestly, you could get superior advice from an Alex Hormozi chatbot, or even general-purpose LLMs. Record your sales consultations, feed the transcribed text to an LLM for analysis in the style of Alex Hormozi, incorporate the feedback. I just saved you $12,000+.

• The 'Non-Disparagement Clause' in the contract they have clients sign violates Consumer Review Fairness Act (CFRA 15 U.S.C. §45b). They use this unlawful gag clause to suppress negative reviews. I suspect there may be many more negative reviews of Closers.io that never surfaced because people got scared of their unlawful gag order. And judging by all the positive reviews that sound fake to me, I suspect they may be gaming TrustPilot itself. I intend to file a complaint with the Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission about Closers.io's unlawful gag-clause practices.

If you value your time and money, save both:
Buy an Alex Hormozi training or the Hormozi chatbot, or find a company that conducts itself with the professionalism this type of engagement demands.
