Awesome machine and unbeatable workout. I have not had any issues with my machine. Ended up giving away my other at-home equipment. Wish I would have had it 2 years ago!

The good, the bad, and the hope

First, I have tried other climbers and they end up causing knee or hip pain due to the angle of the climber. This one gets it right.
Second, it is way too expensive for what you get. I am 5 foot 2 inches and there is no way for me to adjust it. I have tried to create platforms for the footpath without success. I notice they sell extenders for tall people....but don't forget about us! I have no doubts that the engineers could come up with a simple safe work around.
Third, I really appreciate that there are preset programs and self guided climbs. I appreciate the metrics. They help me know my progress and they are motivating.
Fourth, the subscription is engaging and varied and more expensive than I can manage on top of the cost of the machine. There are those who can afford the payments and benefit from a digital community. I think it would be kind and profitable if you threw us poor short people an occasional guided class when you send updates and thick footpads (maybe in 1 or 2 inch thickness that can be stacked as desired).

The best workout ever

The best workout ever. Outstanding well built machine. I love the rhythmic climbs to a beat as I've found I go much higher. I don't have a single complaint! I've climbed 230, 000 ft since the end of October😁. That's 43.6 miles climbed🦾🦿😤. I'm not a person who makes excuses or whines ...I only wish I could've bought one sooner.

CLMBR is an effective

CLMBR is an effective, productive, challenging yet enjoyable machine to work out on and to be a part of its community. This is not your vanilla workout machine. The programs, the trainers and the CLMBR itself are for real and you cant fake or cheat on these workouts. When you complete a work out with their top notch trainers, you walk away thankful. I love it...

Game Changer for sure

I used to belong to a gym but have not been back since COVID. I was looking for a total body workout that I could do at home. Clmbr has exceeded all my expectations. I can actually tell a difference in my cardio endurance and muscle strength in two months. Every single instructor has been phenomenal. I love the reminders about form they all provide. Their energy is contagious. I am sticking to the beginner level for a while just so that I can know all the cues and different movements and feel perfectly comfortable before progressing. I love that you keep adding new workouts each week. I do them all and do many over and over again and don’t get bored. I feel no stress in my joints. I might add that I’m almost 70 and had a knee replacement several years ago.

Amazing machine and workout

Amazing machine and workout! I’m completely obsessed l. I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and still working out due to CLMBR no impact. It’s truly a Full body and efficient workout.

I absolutely love the CLMBR

I absolutely love the CLMBR. I tried it the first day I got it and got pretty nervous since it was not fun the first day. It was uncomfortable and super awkward for me to move that way. The second day though I was hooked and try to do at least 10 minutes most days. Even 10 minutes makes me feel stronger. I love the classes and being instructed helps it to stay engaging. I love seeing the achievements of what I’ve climbed and the milestones I’ve reached. Especially since I’ve been taking it little by little.

Business as usual

I Ordered the product 5 months ago with the climb now pay later program. I was thinking It might show up late October because they said it was about a 6week wait for delivery. After the 6weeks I contacted Clmbr and they said they had changed their financing to another company and to re-apply, I have mentioned to them canceling my order and refunding my money but nothing has happened since then and the payment of 77.00 is still pulled from my account every month. I recently seen them advertised on the UFC octagon which I find almost humorous because they can’t deliver the product or at least refund the money and cancel the order.

Serious issues like so many others

I have fallen into the same category of all of these other customers that bought a system in Feb/March 2021 only to receive it in November. It came with installation service and the handles were installed incorrectly and there was a missing retaining screw.

First session the left side squeaking began. After less than three weeks, the resistance band disintegrated mid workout. This was December 5th.

They sent us a replacement center console. This sat in the basement until we were supposed to have our repair service on January 10th. That was canceled by the third-party without notice. So then I was told “I could do it myself with the instructions from the video,” w.t.f!?!

I was up until 3 am trying to get this thing disassembled, reassembled, calibrated, and back up and running. We’re back on it again, and then on Jan 14th the repair team randomly shows up with no notice to “replace the screen”. Not their fault, but GTFO. How do we address this squealing on the left side?

The customer service was relatively helpful. However, in the middle of trying to rebuild this thing I got an email that they were going to close the trouble ticket on the machine as I hadn’t replied in some time. It was two days after the cancelled appointment ?!?!?!

My experience was great with CLMBR…

My experience was great with CLMBR support. We did experience some delivery and setup issues but everyone I dealt with was very professional and helped find resolution to my issues very quickly. We are so excited for this product and can't wait to try the classes through the machine!

Great workout, horrible quality control of product

We had no shipping issues. However, upon receiving it, we noticed that there was virtually NO resistance. We reached technical support and they sent us a PDF on how to take the panel apart and tighten the wires. We did that. It was working great after that, resistance was exactly where it should have been. It started making a noise, and we noticed it catching. We contacted support and did some minor tweaks. Today during my husband's workout, the belt finally broke.

There seems to be some serious quality control issues on this product. If belts are going to break, then make it easy to replace the belts. We literally have to replace the entire machine! I will be honest and say that the product just feels clunky and poorly made; almost like turning the resistance knob you're just praying that something doesn't break. The seems to be a very common issue that EVERYONE is having with the resistance knob, and yet, this seems to be a very basic functionality that should be checked thoroughly. Also, we experienced the noisy squeak issue.

I will say customer support has been responsive. I am truly pulling for this company, and want them to succeed and keep my machine. I do love the workouts and the classes. I'm a little bummed that I can't use the machine right now. Maybe I'm just too early and hopefully they will get this fixed with their next iteration of machines. I truly hope so, otherwise this company will be writing checks its ass can't cash. Not only will they be out, but we all will be!

Not Worth the Investment - RUN!!!

Waited almost a year for delivery and very, very disappointed in the product.

Machine has virtually no resistance, and makes a clunking sound from the left side tread. It appears from other reviewers that they have a similar experience.

Customer Support are good people who try their best, but are being let down by a company who have over promised and under delivered.

This company is all about their image and marketing hype - which looks amazing. However someone forgot that building a quality product was a fundamental requirement for real success.

Their is a reason that Lebron did not invest, he uses the competition. This thing had so much potential and I truly wanted it for my home gym. The disappointment and inconvenience is real. You might want to wait for the next iteration of this product. Launch version is good looking garbage. Save yourself the time, money and frustration. In the end - this company will have had my money for over 1 year for a product that did not live up to the hype.

In its current functionality only inexperienced unfit users will think this machine is good. It costs 1/2 the price of the leader and the functional quality when compared is an insult to the category.

Trust me - do not be fooled by a good marketing campaign. You are basically paying over $2K to be their product test market. If they survive this production / functional quality issue, this thing could be good. The concept is sexy, but the execution is severely lacking.

I was really rooting for this thing

Buyer Beware

I was amongst the first to order in february. I have still not started climbing. I am in the state next to them.. they keep saying covid is delaying them! Meanwhile they have outfitted gyms and BestBuy is fullfilling orders for people ordering over 6 months later. Instead of waiting I have decided to ask for a refund, as many complaints of noisy machines and some bad design features have now scared me away.

Sleek but flawed

The machine is sleek, has an incredibly small footprint, and from a fitness perspective the workout is unbeatable- making it perfect for a home gym. That said the machine arrived missing pieces, the handles were defective and didn't lock, and the right tread was so squeaky I could barely hear the classes. I had about 2.5 weeks to use the machine, because it took 2 weeks to get a hold of customer service, and then a week to order replacement pieces, which once they arrived were installed by the service provider. During the first climb after being repaired the right side of the fly wheel cracked rendering it unusable and currently still waiting repair. I want to love the machine, and the company has great potential, but the experience could use improvement from all angles. Hoping to have a working machine soon....
