We received our Clmbr 5 days ago and the installers while great guys, were not familiar with the build which by any stretch is not easy resulting in pieces not properly installed and cannot use. I have called and emailed with no response yet. The one call I did have about delayed delivery seemed to be with a person on her cell phone. I still cannot use it and still no response
I absolutely love my CLMBR
I absolutely love my CLMBR! I got it at the end of February and cannot get enough of it. I have lost a total of 32 pounds since the beginning of the year and still dropping. It’s such a great full body workout and motivational. It motivated me to take things to the next level and eat better as well. I paid a nice amount for it and since the workouts are not super easy, I had to make sure I reaped some benefits! I love the on demand classes. All of the coaches are amazing and their music choices are fire! I cannot wait to take my before and after pictures when I hit my 6th month!

I love my clmbr! The workout is a excellent total body experience.The classes keep you on track and are compelling to keep going. The addition of some other instructors has been a welcoming diversity of people and workouts.

Great cardio...and well built!
Love my new CLMBR! As a competitive long distance runner (for nearly 40 years), I was looking for something to "mix it up" a bit, as I wanted to avoid over training issues, and do something that allows for good (and sometimes intense) cardio but is low impact. I was initially going to purchase a Versa Climber, but the footprint was too big for my space, and I found it to be lacking the tracking metrics I wanted. I'm glad I found CLMBR as I am getting good, consistent cardio, and it is easy on my joints. I fold CLMBR into the training mix 2-3 times a week, and find it a nice compliment to my fitness regimen.

I LOVE my CLMBR!!!! The whole process from delivery/set up to using it has been fantastic. As a personal trainer of over 25 years, the CLMBR is the BEST piece of home workout equipment out there! You get upper/lower body and there are classes that provide strength/restoration! This equipment is fantastic!
Cool concept but poorly built
Cool concept and fun to use but very poorly built. Belt broke after 3rd use. CLMBR sent a second unit which also broke after 2nd use. CLMBR refunded my money at this point with no hassle. The people who assembled and picked up the CLMBRS all felt that this product is poorly built and have a lot of issues with many returns. I really wanted this thing to be a long term exercise machine and I wish it was built better but it ended up being a giant paperweight. I gave it 2 stars rather than 0 because the customer service was pretty good and there was no hassle when requesting replacement unit and refund. The few classes I did were pretty fun as well.

Had payments set up and then they chose to use another finance company and canceled my order after several months of payments. Then took out 3 more months before finally canceling auto pay.

Poor Customer Service tells you all you need to know.
Unfortunately I didn't even get to use my CLMBR as their signature 'white glove' service promise was never fulfilled. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around. Purchase and delivery were simple but the 3rd Party service they contract by XPO was terrible! You cannot get in touch with a person even in the U.S. as all calls are routed out of the county. Not generally an issue unless it has anything to do with time/location where they are utterly unfamiliar. When I requested the Unopened 10ft box that it arrived in be picked up and returned, I was told - with a smile - "for $350, why Yes". I'm glad I didn't cancel the gym membership just yet. The CLMR itself may be an amazing product but nearly $3000 later and I will never know. Best advice (and I quote the 'Supervisor') "put it together yourself" and start enjoying it today. World class product, $10.00 Service (and that includes the phone call!).
Machine was delivered today
Machine was delivered today. Was supposed to be assembled but the delivery guys said they did not know how to do it and were not told to do it. Extremely frustrating. Since it is a Saturday I am sure I will not hear from Clmbr. Thought I would put it together myself. Upon inspection of one of the uprights, the retention pin was missing and the flywheel would not turn. I suspect the pin fell out during shipping and is stuck in the track somewhere. All in all not happy right now.
Best Purchase Ever!
Purchasing this machine is the BEST decision I've ever made. Clmbr has changed my life/health for the better. The variety of on demand classes keep me motivated and climbing every day. In addition to the machine, the Clmbr customer service reps are awesome. Each time I've had a question they've responded quickly and are always very helpful.
I wouldn’t recommend the CLMBR
I wouldn’t recommend this machine. It has the potential but it’s not ready for market. I was one of the first owners and it took 3 months for them to fix my tension which I still believe hasn’t been fixed since I don’t feel the difference between 1-11. First they expect you to fix the issue via phone on a new piece of equipment. It took a few calls for them to finally send the 3rd party technician. Also, their extended warranty is a joke. They didn’t offer anything when I purchased the CLMBR but when I did see they had something available I wasn’t allowed to purchase it since it was past the 60days of trial but it took 3 months for them come check out my clmbr. Even thought it’s still under warranty they won’t allow to extend. They also claimed the founder pricing would be the best they would offer which now they are offering specials which are lower than the indiegogo pricing for the founders.

Two Months In, Updated after 7 Months
I have had my CLMBR for two months, and it is an awesome workout - even if you are already in decent shape! We had some issues with delivery and the initial set up, but there have been multiple app updates that have addressed the technology issues we were having. It does seem like the company is actively working to listen to users and make adjustments based on that feedback. We haven't used the OnDemand service yet - reading the reviews before I purchased, I was worried I would need to build up to taking a class, and I was right! I really enjoy the "Just Climb" option and my husband likes the "Guided Climbs", but we plan to try the streaming classes soon.
Update: After writing my original review, we had a two month window where the CLMBR worked as it should. However, we started experiencing lags in the streaming and spikes in the metrics, which meant constant pauses and resets during our workouts. I have been dealing with CLMBR’s customer service since May to try and get the problems resolved. In August, I sent three emails three weeks apart before I finally got a response back!
Only just this weekend did we finally get a replacement (9/9/2022), and after the first climb, we are seeing the same problems. Although I love the workout, I can’t recommend a CLMBR to anyone - I wish I would have gotten a VersaClimber.

Great Machine, Fantastic Support
Purchasing the Climbr: The fantastic support team (Becki, Krystin & Reagan) turned me from a slightly skeptical customer into a raving fan. I received my Clmbr in about 2 weeks, as was advertised. The first machine did have a defect, most likely from shipping. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for a replacement - that sparked my skepticism. They over-delivered and I had my replacement in about a week and the setup team was great. The support team has been patient, responsive, and have promptly assisted with all my questions.
Using the Climbr: I absolutely love it and it is a fantastic workout. I'm a former 250+ mile a week cyclist, these days stuck indoors on weekdays, usually on my Concept2. The Clmbr is a whole notch above workout - simply put it is great! Killer workout in a short time - more challenging than a Concept2 and IMO more fun than a Peloton. My last question for Clmbr support: Are there any classes planned with heavy metal or alternative rock?

This machine has all the hallmarks of a beta test. It isn't even close to being ready for mass market. It's a wonderful idea that isn't even close to being an acceptable product. Some of this has to do with design flaws, some with poor shipping and assembly. Give it at least two years for them to resolve these issues before you invest your money.
