Bad experience so far
I ordered from them yesterday and realised I wanted to change my order. I emailed to cancel within 30 minutes (which I later found is stated on their website as the time within which you can cancel). Someone emailed back to say this was being looked at (possibly automated) they have then shipped the order and ignored my message.
Happy to update my review if they can resolve, but experience so far not good. Concerned by other reviews on here.

To clarify, our system is fully automated, which means orders are processed and sent to fulfilment almost immediately after they are placed so we can ship as quickly as possible. In some cases, even if an email is sent shortly after ordering, the order may already have entered the fulfilment process before a cancellation request can be manually reviewed.
That said, your message was not ignored. When you received the reply saying it was being looked at, that indicated your request had reached our support queue, but unfortunately the order progressed to shipping before it could be intercepted.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my granddaughters - I was immensely disappointed with the small A4 sized box that arrived. It was not made clear that they came from China and I can only say that I'm glad I got a 'discounted' price of £35- The Legendary Pack. Not legendary but a huge lesson in buying online- misleading advertising and certainly not worth buying for any child. I can only add to the poor reviews as other evidence shows that this company is not willing to address any issues without lots of useless talk and further expense on my part. We live and learn I suppose- off to find another present and 'gift' this to a charity box. Shame on you Click Blocks for all the mortified customers and shoddy produce that you are responsible for. May your ancestors and the Universe disown you.

Like a foolish sheep I've purchased these for my 5 year old Grandson.
I was embarrased to give such a poor product, and so bought an extra gift to make it look like that these blocks were an afterthought
I shall be seeking the partial refund too. I see on the reviews, it is lacking in people actually saying their children enjoy playing with them, but I suppose come Christmas morning, there will be lots of puzzled kids wondering if they're supposed to build a tiny wall, or use them for target practice with their Nerf guns.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. When the blocks arrived the box was emblazoned with 6+ age markings. This was not made clear on the website, but was only shown when looking further into the information. I am sure some of the photos show children under 6 using the blocks. The block are also much smaller than indicated on the website, and in the photos of the use by children. All-in-all very unhappy. Website very misleading, overpriced compared to other sites, and slow to ship.
Regarding the reply below from Click-blocks. I have reached out to them via email. All I got was bland statements like the reply below.
Do NOT buy anything from these scammers!

To clarify, the 6+ age guidance is a standard safety recommendation due to small parts and is included in the product information on our website. Many of our images show supervised play or lifestyle examples, but we understand how this can still feel confusing if expectations were different when ordering.
Regarding the block size, the exact dimensions of each block are listed on our website, and we also include real product photos to give an accurate representation. That said, we appreciate that size perception can vary when viewing images online, and we’re always working to make this clearer.
In terms of shipping, we ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres, which can sometimes result in longer delivery times depending on location and courier processing.
