We have over the years purchased both our pairs of Swarovski binoculars, a spotting scope, and other birding equipment from Cleyspy, and the service and helpfulness have always been excellent.
They recently offered to send one pair back to Swarovski under warranty, and rang me on their return in around 8 weeks. They are just like new, thank you Cleyspy and Swarovski. I can thoroughly recommend them for their range of optics, new and secondhand, to suit all pockets, and also their wide range of ancillary equipment, clothing, books, etc. They are close to some of the best birdwatching in the world too!!

A pilgrimage: I had heard about this shop, and was not disappointed. The service, advice, and help was excellent. Tried, compared, different pairs, with all questions answered. Well worth the trip. Came away with my dream binoculars having saved long and hard for them. Thank you Cley Spy ❤️

I took my Binoculars back to Cley spy
They checked that my Binoculars were still in warranty and then offered to send them back to Swarovski and that they could take 8 weeks got an email saying my Binoculars were ready to collect and fixed after 4 weeks! the guy even helped to set them up for my sight and set the strap up never been so comfortable and like a new pair just brilliant many thanks so impressive. If I ever buy any other product I'll definitely buy through Cley spy !
