GARBAGE

AVOID! Read reviews before you buy

I really wish I had read reviews of this company before purchasing from them. When I received the rings I had ordered, I was very skeptical that they were sterling silver as advertised on the website. They look very cheap and there is no weight to them. I had bought the "Big Sis Little Sis" rings for myself and my sister. My sister has a lot of allergies and can only wear sterling silver jewellery. To be sure the description on the website was accurate I reached out to customer services. In their reply they would not confirm that the jewellery was sterling silver but stated "we stand by the quality of our products" instead. Since this is allergy related and I can't risk my sister wearing this ring if it is not in fact sterling silver I replied back and asked if they could specifically confirm. I again did not get a direct confirmation in their reply. I have followed up again 3 times and have been ignored each time. In my last 2 follow ups I have asked for a return to be processed since they cannot guarantee the jewellery is genuine sterling silver. I still haven't had a response and it is now conveniently past the 60 day guarantee/return policy. Absolute waste of money and terrible customer service. Even if the rings are genuinely sterling silver, the quality is extremely poor and not worth what I paid. Strongly recommend avoiding!

Ordered rings for myself and my sister

Ordered rings for myself and my sister, as rings were stated 'don't tarnish' after of which, a few weeks they did. They sent replacements in all fairness, however they quickly tarnished too!!! have emailed several times to no avail.

I ordered a My Precious Granddaughter ring
I received the right ring but the wrong insert for some beaded necklace?!!
When I tried to send a message their system won't let my message send. So you can't even complain. I can see why they have 92% one star ratings

Extremely poor quality

Do not use this company. Jewels fell out of the ring before even putting it on. They sent a replacement but that was just as bad. I strongly urge you not to buy from Clever Jewelry no matter how good the advert is or how good value it appears.

Poor quality ring, shipped from China - avoid this company

I ordered a Mountains & Forests ring that I had seen on a FB advert and I wish I had searched for reviews of this company before I did so. The website lists lots of top magazines it has apparently been featured in, and shouts about Free Shipping, but the reality for me was that I had to wait weeks for it to be shipped from China (I would never have ordered if I'd known that was the case) and the quality was really poor. I wore it for about 2 weeks before it simply snapped in half. For something that is supposedly worth £47 this is unacceptable.
As with so many other people I initiated the refund process only to be told that I had to send it back to them (despite sending photos) and that I had to pay the postage AND it had to be tracked. The upshot was that I paid nearly £18 to send it back so by the time they did refund me, in effect all I got back was about £5.
They claim to have 50k happy customers but I'm not one of them

Claim to be a small business 'run by…

Claim to be a small business 'run by women' but just more mass produced crap, terrible customer service, cheap awful quality products. All the coating came off a ring I bought within 2 months, despite it stating 'absolutely no tarnishing' - they told me because its over 60 days there's no refund, when I said this isn't fit for purpose and this is against consumer rights, they just ignored my email. Shocking.

Terrible customer service!!!

Terrible customer service!!!
Placed order Jan 22 2026. It is Mid March. No order. recd Clever is doing nothing but giving stall tactics when it comes to refunding my acct. They keep sending the same generic response each time I request money back. It is not about the money, it is lack of respect for the customer.
Please, Please be aware.
Also, must be suspect of company that does not provide phone number on their web page.
I hope no one else has to deal with this hot mess.

Awful quality and customer service

I bought a bracelet for my daughter end of Nov 25 for christmas. She started to wear it in the new year and by mid feb a jewel had fallen out.
I asked for a replacement or refund but was refused because outside the guarantee period of 60 days.
I explained that she hadnt started wearing it until the new year but still refused. awful customer service, will not be buying from this company again

DON'T STAND BY PRODUCTS

I received the lil sis, big sis ring for Christmas and by February it was tarnishing. I got on their website and since it was over the 60 days since my sister placed the order, they would not do anything. They do not stand by their products, do not buy from here. I love the ring but to only enjoy it for a month and half, not worth it. They don't care, they got their $.

They should be shut down!

They couldnt care less about customer service, nor do they care about there products living up to the false advertisement that they have going on! Absolutely sham of a company! Spent alot of money on the website and its tarnishing even though its clearly stated!! They should be shut down!!

Terrible.

Terrible.
Ordered my Daughter a ‘ sterling silver ‘ ring which came and seemed fine.
Although after a week of wearing it, it started to rust.
I got in touch with clever Jewellery and although they took quite a long time to get back in touch with me, they did send me a replacement ring.
Unfortunately within a week, that too had started to rust.
I obviously got back in touch immediately and their response was that they were sorry to hear this had happened, they understood it must be frustrating, but I was outside the 30 day return of the original ring purchased.
Keep in mind, this was one week after I received the second replacement ring.
I replied to that email stating I wanted a refund as obviously the ring was not Sterling silver, and they have not responded since.
My daughter now has two rusty rings and I’m out of pocket.
Wish I would have read these reviews before I bought anything as I will now never buy anything again!

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. I binned it as soon as it arrived. I brought a necklace for my sister as I loved the words on the card but when it arrived there was no card and the necklace was poor quality and horrible. I would have been embarrassed giving it to my sister. Don’t buy.

After ordering a sister necklace I decided it wasn’t what I wanted after all. The company were extremely helpful and kind and gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service, thank you.
