Avoid This Company at All Costs
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
The surveyor spent over two hours at our house and repeatedly assured us that everything we requested would be included with no issues whatsoever. We were told “yes” to everything, giving us complete confidence to proceed.
However, when the joiner arrived to carry out the work, it quickly became apparent that the surveyor had completely messed the job up. Not only had he promised things that were not possible due to space limitations, but he had also taken incorrect measurements. The joiner was honest and professional and explained the reality of the situation, but by that point the damage had already been done. It was clear that the surveyor had failed to properly assess or plan the job.
To make matters worse, Clever Closets had also sent out the wrong parts, creating even more delays and frustration.
Customer service was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the problems. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes, we were left chasing answers and getting nowhere.
After two weeks of back-and-forth calls, appointments, and wasted time, we are left with nothing but disappointment. The entire process has been a complete shambles from start to finish. Incorrect measurements, false promises, wrong parts, poor communication, and terrible customer service.
An absolute waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Joao Prissinfoe is an excellent fitter who has true passion for work. A rare quality in tradesman. He completed the job to an exceptional standard. On this basis I give the company 5 stars.
There were a few issues with understanding materials have a delivery date. I was informed about fitting and probably assumed these were the same as delivery.
Overall a good experience. I would recommend.

Perfect storage option
Great communication from the start with survey and fitting arranged around our work availability.
Ian (106144) kept us updated on his arrival time, was courteous with our home putting down floor protector and cleaning up afterwards. He was friendly and kept us updated on how long the job would take etc.
Communication has been clear and friendly with everyone we have spoken to.
Cupboards are fab well made and perfect for storing items under the stairs.
Highly recommend.

Richard Murray was fab on installation day, he arrived early, consulted us through the instal and left the hallway spotless. He also did a great job and were really pleased!

Reasonable price with professional quality
We were trying to DIY at first to save money but wanna be looking professional for long term, so went to Clever Closet.
Hotline Staff Lisa is super helpful and organized in every call we’ve made.

Highly recommend Clever Closets
Highly recommend Clever Closets. Had Sharps round for a quote on bedroom storage and enquired if they had anything for under stairs and they recommended CC.
Ordered understairs cupboard online, this was followed up by a very thorough measurement and then installed by Jinesh Chauhan, who I would also highly recommend. All cutting work was completed outside, everything was clean and tidy when finished and any queries he had or we had were discussed and he accommodated with a tiny change.
