Great product, make sure you order everything

Only given a 4 as the sales guy has let them down!!! I really dont like being called Mrs when he clearly has my details which gives my name.
Told the sales guy when he came to our property the reason for the storage but when it came to fitting there was no shoe racks or coat rails. Staff in the office were excellent and Sean Gardner subbie fitter is a great asset to them. Sean saved the day by fitting shoe racks for us, we can then purchase coat hooks ourselves. Clever Closet have unfortunately lost sales due to their sales guy, i would advise that more training is given to him.
Overall though an excellent product.

What amazing service from Clever…
What amazing service from Clever Closet. From initial enquiry right through to the fitting, the communication was excellent, and all in all it took less than a week to now have our Clever Closet storage. Steve B who came to fit the understairs storage was such a lovely guy. Very professional, amazing craftmanship, extremely tidy and he did an amazing job. We love the end result. A great deal of work goes into making the storage on the day of fitting, Steve's craftmanship and the quality of the materials he used was superb. We had the 3 drawer storage, and the overall storage capacity is far bigger than we expected, which is brilliant. We highly recommend, and again Steve B was just brilliant.

Start to finish the service was quick and efficient. Initial order was placed on 11th June, installation completed on 29th June. Ian (ref 106591) did my installation, he was here promptly and had finished by lunchtime.
End product is excellent, managed to fit around all the electrical equipment in the cupboard, which I had been concerned about, but it wasn’t an issue.
Follow up phone call from head office to make sure everything was ok as well.
Overall couldn’t fault anything.
