If i could i WOULD give 0 stars.
Okay i have order. I didn't got answer from the customer service . After 4 weeks. I contract Pay Pal to return my money . I always us Pay Pal to get money back if there not sending my order. After pay Pal and me found out there a fraud company i got my money back. I can't understand why there still im internet. Why the nit blocked this company. More all company's what already report. Most get out the internet. There have the power to do this .I now there 1000 of company u found on scram. Remove this company now. I now to there always found again to get back ins internet. Some why the real company nothing doing. Why ?????

I have researched this company and found it to be another of the companies run by Li Changjing, the SAME phone number for contact +1(989) 682-2410 and likely run/registered (although it's NOT a registered co) from 61 Bridge Street, Kington Herefordshire HR5 3DJ. I have reported ALL of these companies.

This is a scam company, give no address take your money then nothing. I have reported them to uk police and they are treating it as fraud stating they have other complaints....beware

Ordered on the 19 th of January and we’re now on the 10 of march , sent a lot of emails , and they still keep fobbbing me off , they need to be shut down for taking peoples money and reported , they say I have shipping insurance, so just refund me , PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM

Patches arrived after 3 weeks. They are not how they look on the boxes or website. On day 3 today so early days but currently not holding my breath they will actually help with weight management. They say made in USA and patch is more like a plaster at 2cm x 2cm

I would avoid this company if you can their customer service team are stupid keep sending me harassing emails about invisible stuff in invisible cart paid for my order on the 27 February 2026 and still to date don’t know where my goods are courier company are just as bad as who they deliver for get nowhere worst company is Clesmy

Absolute disgrace of a company! Would never use them again. Bought one box of patches to try them at beginning of February and have had no communication from them and nothing has been updated on the SHOP app. And again emailed 4 times and no answer! I wish companies would stop doing this to people. I would rather just go out and give the money to a homeless person than be scammed!

Ordered patches, and a month ago and they still haven’t shown up. Every time I’ve contacted them the say it’s on the way. Paid for insurance in case it gets lots. A scam for sure.

Scam ordered 4x boxes of patches not turned up contact them said it's been shipped gave me tracking details no joy emailed again got nothing. DO NOT ORDER IT'S A SCAM

This is a Scam, nothing will turn up, they will take your money, but you will not receive anything

Beware!!!!! I sent for slimming patches £ 22 & they took £74, they are a scam, call themselves YFTECH at first, then email from "clesmy" had to put a stop with bank & change card.
