I purchased 2 bags of the ‘Luminous Stones’ expecting the visual representation Manchestore relayed on their Facebook page, which was a delightfully lit up stone path.
Looking forward to this and when they arrived, nothing like advertised.
They were tiny, weeny little beads, like you’d thread on a bracelet, in tiny 3’’ long packets. What a complete waste of money.
Very disappointed!
But they do kind of glow!

I ordered the slimming patches , they took ages to arrive and came in a padded envelope in boxes with no delivery or contact note and from china not UK..Plagued with emails three times a day to buy more and despite trying to email them as they took more than the agreed money from me there is no reply. Now dealing with them thru my bank . I think they are a scam company as you cannot get hold of them. The adverts on Facebook denote it’s all uk based etc but mine have come from china which explains the very long delivery time! Not trusting these patches as they could be anything … a tough lesson learned and they are going into the bin!

I ordered from this company the Berberine nano microneedle patches. After weeks of waiting and complaining they finally arrived, though the delivery showed they had come from Turkey, not UK. The box size was the size of a compact ladies hand mirror, not the large box advertised and the origin mark on box was USA. The patch itself was nothing like the one advertised , a tiny sticking plaster with some gel in middle. Complete and utter scam.please dont waste your money on it like I did. The company is a scam.

Made order for slimming patch again UK made and shipped from the UK.Clicked pay .l did receive an order confirmation.. But also at exactly the same time had my Bank contacting me asking I had made another payment to a different company for £25 ish. So imigently card had been cloned and used. Also bank asked if I new payment manchestershown was from Hong Kong ??. Scammers

Order not received as stated. Cctv showing no delivery. Not interested in your complaint. Fraudulent company, says product made in UK but is shipped from China. Had problems with this company before same issue. I think that they have a false shipping company as I contacted Yodal and they have no record of the shipping details/number DON'T USE FRAUDULENT

I just did the same, completed an order, they took an extra £10 than what it said when I clicked pay, no confirmation email, no reply to my email etc and can't raise it as an issue with paypal until 1st July.

I ordered their slim patch and also took advantage of their offer whic amounted to £61.41 all in all whic should be a total of 10 boxes on the 12th January but up to now have not heard anything from them. I sent them an email and I'm waiting for their reply. I am still hoping that I will get my order. I will let everyone on this site of any development assoon as I hear from them.
