Great technical support & implementation. It was great to have Riccardo dealing with my integration. He was very competent within shopify and able to understand and make my amend quickly and accurately.

SuperB Service! Had some issues when integrating with DanDomain. Oliver from Support was on it like a teenager on Scarlett J.

Clerk is expensive! But if you have the money - I doubt there are any better solutions out there.

Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Fast replies. Everything was fixed on-the-fly and explained perfectly so I could fix stuff myself aswell.

We had an issue with the merchandising module, but Clerk support was quick to help, and in the end we found it was our own mistake - oops :)

We have been using Clerk for almost 3 years now and I have nothing but kind words. Such a shame 10 stars isn't an option here on Trustpilot. Because Clerk deserves that for the excellence they provide.

Clerk like any other software provider are not flawless technically. Like with most systems, bugs happen now and then, however you should not judge the bugs, but what comes after the bugs.

Clerk always go above and beyond to fix bugs and help out. Drawing from my past 15+ years of experience with software providers, they excell at support and customer service. I have never experienced anything like this before, it is such a pleasure to experience how every request is taken seriously and handled with a smile.

Anytime they make a promise to return on something, they do so.

And if you happen to get a hold of Josh, know that you've got a freaking superhero of a support-guy on your hands.

Great system to improve on customer personalisation and recommendation for your online store. For our environment it was not a simple plug and play install. We had some difficulties here and there, but the whole Clerk.io support team is always helpful and with Stefan we had some great improvements done for our setup.

I own and operate a Vape website and shop. I must receive at least 40 different cold proposals per month via our website, over the past 6 years.

Clerk were the first one's I ever actually responded to, purely because they gave me a live proof of concept in the email, so I could visualise what they were talking about and see the potential benefit.

Once I signed up, the support was absolutely next level. The development team are actually eager to start projects and go through everything with you in a non jargon way, i.e. they broke everything down to me in plain and simple terms.

They have been back and forth with me constantly to make sure everything is set up correctly and in a way that we can manage it ourselves to get the most profitability out of our investment, this is something that is really crucial to them - they absolutely know that if you follow their instructions and use the system properly, it will increase turnover and sales.

I'm really blown away by their professionalism and desire to help.

We are using Clerk.io for our e-commerce recommendations for our custom build e-commerce website. Overall been very happy with the sales team and customer support team during the on-boarding process. Because we are using a custom built site we do need to do the advanced integration which is a lot more complex then if you are using an existing e-commerce platform however I have to say that the support team and documentation has made the process as easy as possible for us. We also use Klaviyo and love the fact their product recommendations can be used in our Klaviyo emails. Clerk.io offers a great product with fantastic customer support - I will definitely recommend them to other e-commerce sites looking for product recommendation engine.

We had a training sessions with Domenico who was very helpful and gave great insight into how to optimise Clerk for maximum results and user experience.
