My experience was great. We completed setting in few a week and I was ready to go, we great personal suggestions.

Nicholas from onboarding team did a fantastic job in implementing Clerk features in our shop. Nice personal touch and quick and clear in communications.

Assstance from Riccardo was excellent, as it always is with Clerk.

I sent a job application. I never received any feedback, not even a standard reply to tell my profile did not fit the position. It's a pity, I had better expectations about this company.

I applied for a position where it was clearly stated that a first interview would have been hold during the 15th and the 22th of June. Before that, the process would have been anticipated by a phone call.
I suggest your office to use even a simple excel file to sent an email as soon as the candidate has not been approved for the next step.
I suppose you must have selected the right candidates long before the 28th and even before the 22nd, of course.

If Clerk promote itself as a company which use AI and other innovative digital technology such fails sound bit surprising.

Anyway I appreciate your kind and motivated reply and, above all, your attention for my claim.

We started search for a platform to start with product recommendations in our ecommerce shop. We stopped at Clerk.io platform because until now it seems working really good. It is easy to setup and has very good integration with our store platform. But most important for us is the amazing support they have. They solved our little issues fast and you can find them always through chat which is also a good point. Last thing we want to mention is that for their service we think that they are affordable for most companies. For sure we recommend Clerk.io to everyone

Clerk support exceeded my expectations. Again

We just started with Clerk, and are getting set up with them. Before starting with clerk we considered competitors aswell. They are the most reasonably priced option, they don't have those long term contracts you have to sign on to, and they have all the features, help and support that competitors claim that they don't. Competitors may have a great products aswell, but from what I saw from comparing option Clerk was the best option for us.

Additionally for largers stores they have a 10x ROAS guarantee, which speaks to how great their service is!

Also had the pleasure of being onboarded by Preben (Who speaks norwegian, the same as us) Really good at his job, and made the Clerk experience even better!

Some from Danmark, some from Sweden even one guy from South Africa. All really cool and helpful.

After working on the layout for a while we decided not to use it, we basicaly did not have time to set it up properly. I made mistake in signing up for a much more expensive contract than i was aware of. It took 3 months before i noticed the charge. I actualy didnt think the subscription would start until we went live, but that was clearly my fault as its clearly stated in the contract.

They were still super cool and refunded us the full charge (over 500 Euro) since we hadnt actually gone live with their program. They had spent several days putting it up so they definatly lost on that but they went the extra mile even though they didnt have too.

The customer service is next to none, highly recommend them if you have a few hours spare to go through it with them to make sure it fits your theme.

Super helpful team. And they are growing more n more so the program must work.

The truth is that I was becoming very frustrated as I wasn't able to make the recommendations and the search perform in a logical, on brand, way. I was about to give up and turn to some other platforms. Luckily I found Riccardo that offered incredible help by organizing a call right away to teach me all the tricks and workarounds to get both search and recommendations to work the way they were supposed to work for us. He then helped me and eliminated all of the road blocks I found along the way. All this process took days and Riccardo has always been there and helping out with very fast and effective responses. He even did so in Italian, which is my native language. Everything now works the way it should and we are very satisfied customers. I would definitely recommend Clerk!

As a developer working with one of Clerk.io's customer's it has been a great experience using both their documentation, platform and their customer service.

I've had all my questions answered and even had some requested features implemented.

If your webshop is looking for upgrading their customization Clerk is the tool. Customer service 10/10.

Helpful and understanding customer service. In one of my latest encounters even though my issue was not depending on the clerk side they gave me the indices to solve it.

I've been using the recommendations for a few weeks now, and the results are promising. We can see that the basket size has increased a lot since integrating Clerk. We will certainly test out the other modules in the future too.

On setting up Clerk, I was missing some product variables. The support team picked this up very quick and the developer team integrated this for me within several days, amazing customer support.

The price for this product is very competitive against similar software, definitely worth the money.

Clerk.io is in my experience the best tool for product recommendations and search.

Their experienced people help with technical setup and are in control of UX, so our customers get the best experience on our website.

We have so far increased our basket size and average order value.
