After checking your order details, I can confirm that your package took a little extra time to clear customs due to high volumes and inspection procedures. Unfortunately, we’re unable to intervene during this stage since customs processing is handled entirely by national authorities.

The good news is that your parcel has now cleared customs and is currently being transferred to Royal Mail for final delivery. Once Royal Mail receives and scans your package, you’ll start receiving tracking updates from them, including an estimated delivery date.

Upon checking, your order is currently awaiting pickup at your local post office. The carrier handling your delivery is Canada Post, and I’ve also sent you a follow-up email with your tracking details.

I recommend contacting your nearest Canada Post office to confirm the exact pickup location. You can also reach their customer service here: 📞 1-866-607-6301. They’re usually very responsive, and that would be the quickest way to receive your package. If they’re unable to locate it or provide assistance, please let me know right away, and I’ll coordinate directly with our logistics team to find the best solution for you. I truly apologize for the inconvenience that you still haven’t received your package. After checking, the tracking shows that it was marked as delivered on October 24, 2025, but based on the proof of delivery from Royal Mail, it appears the parcel may not have been delivered to your home and is likely still in their sorting facility.

We’re currently coordinating with our logistics department to confirm if Royal Mail can arrange a redelivery, as this would be the fastest way for you to receive your order. I’ve also resent an email containing your tracking details so you can easily monitor the progress of your package.

I’m really sorry for the trouble and the wait with your order. Your package took a bit longer to clear customs because of high shipment volumes, but I’m happy to let you know that your package is now moving forward.

The current status shows that it has already left the international sorting facility and is on its way to your destination. Once it arrives, Royal Mail will take care of the final delivery. As soon as they scan it into their system, you’ll start receiving updates along with the estimated delivery date.
