Great customer service
I ordered the teeth whitening product and hadn't received it a month later. I contacted customer services who we're very fast and efficient in resolving the issue. It was made clear that I had not provided a house number and that the product was shipped, which was no fault of the company's. They have very kindly replaced the item at no extra cost even though this was my mistake.

Great tooth whitening product
When something appears to be too good to be true, it usually is with online shopping. Not so with Cleopatra's Natural! Postage took just one week even though it was free and the product arrived in good condition. Communication with the company was personal with swift replies. As tooth whitening products go, it's very efficient as I can see results even after one week of twice daily use. The product is a very fine sooty black powder which is quite messy to use until you get the hang of it, but it washes off clothing and surfaces easily. It doesn't have a noticeable taste or texture and rinses out of the mouth with little effort when brushing is finished. I highly recommend this product.
