The company staff are extremely helpful especially when it comes to resolving problems and they do so in a prompt timely manner as far as they can within the scope of the speed others respond. Clear Utility Solutions negotiated our next business electricity contract. They were extremely efficient and found us the best deal tailored to our individual circumstances. They were always polite and nothing was too much trouble. They always keep you well informed of progress. We took over a business in November 2021. We had so much to sort out getting things in place. We were recommended by a very satisfied customer to give Chris at Clear Utility Solutions a call as he would be able to get us discounts, transfer the account from the old owner to us and safeguard us against future price increases. Chris took care of everything, electricity, gas and water he took on all the associated contracts and the changeover was seamless. Now we are getting various people from supposedly various companies desperately trying to get us to sign a new contract. One phone call to Chris and he assured me that nothing is going to change, that these people are just fishing for massive bonuses and had we gone along with ny of them then we would break our own contract and find ourselves with huge bill increases.
