Horrible experience with this Company
I signed up with Bryce Turmaine and he explained that if I had any questions or concerns that I could reach him on his number or by email, well after looking over my contract and seeing that 3 of my debts were not included I contacted him and he said oh you can talk to the Welcome person when they call and have them added that's above my pay grade, I asked about my monthly payment he said oh you can just negotiate with them at that point, I then at that point decided to cancel which I had asked him previously and he said oh it would be no problem just reach out to him or the company, no answer and they have no idea who I am but he took all my information and when I called the second time the lady I spoke with I could hear chickens in the background. This is insane, I now have to change my bank information because I can't seem to be able to contact anyone who can help me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

This policy is a requirement established by the State of California, we are required to comply with those regulations. Because information cannot be entered into our system until the applicable three-day period has expired, there is no account information available for our representatives to access during that time. Accordingly, regardless of which representative you spoke with, they would not have been able to access or process your information before the required period had elapsed. This is also why a simple email process is provided for submitting a cancellation request during this period. We sincerely apologize that you found the process difficult or frustrating and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Have people calling me from overseas wanting account info. I waited 1 hr to speak to someone in the US and was not connected. If I would have known that people overseas would be handling my account I would never used this company. I think as soon as I can reach someone in the US I will cancel and use another company that uses US base people.

My experience was not great but AMAZING...And what made it amazing was Felita she was very professional but always very caring, and understanding. She took my pain and turned it into relief.
