The nose pad broke on the first…

The nose pad broke on the first adjustment. After many many failed attempts to contact you i gave up.
It is a shame because they are actualy good lenses.
And i did not even expect any refund or anything like that. I just wanted to see if i can get new frames fast. 10 days delivery for frames only is mot acceptable.
First time and the last time we bought glasses online.
The other online retailers can thank you for tje list business.

My mistake and Clearly made it right.

We have been purchasing glasses through Clearly for several years and have always been impressed with their service, prices and selection. I made an error when I inputted my prescription and Clearly gave a full return on the glasses. The error was mine but they accepted the return, amazing.

Unknown Auto Renewal

Initially I ordered contacts which came and were really good. Little did I know that when you do an order you are put on an auto renewal, there was no indication that an Auto Renewal was on my account. And then I noticed a charge on my card for more contacts that I didn’t order. The site is good and the contacts are also good, but let me decide when I want to order more.

The site was super simple to use

The site was super simple to use. Uploaded my prescription details and got what I was looking for. This was my first time dealing with contact lenses and it was a smooth and good experience. Delivery was in time too. Price seemed reasonable and appreciated the discount that the site offered.

Dependable. And gummy bears.

Quick delivery. What was extra great is how Clearly corrected my last order (I put + instead of -) and saved the correction! I had a panic after placing the order (thinking I reordered the mistake) but it was the correct prescription thanks to the updated order.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I emailed and spoke to 2 CSRs to have the shipping address. corrected well before the order was shipped, and they still shipped it to the wrong address.

No problem with Clearly *until today*

I've never had an issue with Clearly until now. I placed an order a week ago and just got an email today telling me that actually the frames sold out before I ordered them. Why would it take a week to know they're sold out? The email was very jokey about it when it's actually a frustrating situation. Then I went to the website and clicked Contact Us and selected the email, but it didn't work - I got an auto-reply saying the box isn't monitored. Why is it listed on the website then? Then I chatted with an agent who told me that there's no way for me to know if an item on the website is actually in stock or not, and I would have to contact them before I placed the order to make sure. What on earth kind of ordering system is that?! How unprofessional and ridiculous.
