100% money back guarantee is a scam
The 100% money back guarantee is a scam.
I bought their Clearlift™ - IPL Laser Hair Removal Handset with the promise of 100%, 90-day money-back guarantee. The product didn't work for me and so I reached out for a return. They told me it would cost me £100 to ship it (absolutely ridiculous - I have posted things all over the world and have NEVER paid even half that much) so they said could keep it and they would refund me 40%. I asked for them to explain how it could possibly cost anywhere near £100 to ship this item and why they would think I would want to keep a product that doesn't work - so please can I have my refund and a reasonable price for the shipping. They have not responded and it has now been a week.
Awful customer service - money-back is a lie. Do not buy from this company.

Really Nice
To put it plainly, the product is of high quality. Despite encountering some negative comments concerning the CE standards, it's worth mentioning that the device meets all European standards. You can find the CE logo clearly displayed at the bottom of the box, signifying its adherence. Upon using the device, I observed a significant difference within 5 to 6 sessions. Rest assured, I have no concerns and wholeheartedly endorse this product!

Amazing product
All was perfect the service and the product, anything to say, this is the best quality I have ever seen
Fake product, not a UK company
Please do not think of using this company. The product does not even switch on. I asked to return it and received crazy emails clearly not from a company. It is not a UK company. Eventually they provided an address in the island of Reunion to return it! 27 Chemin des Fandamanes St Denis 97490 RE. They are misrepresenting that they have a connection with Clearlift the professional laser company. They are misrepresenting that they have a trademark (TM) sign. There is no registered trademark. So stupid to have bought from them.

Buyers beware even though there are some good reviews I feel that these are fake ones from the company please look at the website properly the trust pilot rating on there Web page is fake its just a image not a link! Very good experience
I am thrilled with the ClearLift Portable IPL Laser! This device has made hair removal so much easier and more convenient for me. The IPL technology is powerful, and I have experienced long-lasting hair reduction. The device has a sleek design and is comfortable to hold. It has a cordless feature, allowing me to use it anywhere without any hassle. The ClearLift Portable IPL Laser has exceeded my expectations and is definitely worth the investment.
Claims to be UK made but ships from China
I have just received the Clearlift IPL. Claims to be UK made but ships from China. Shipping notification arrived before actual shipping dispatch. Credit card payment processed in France. No compliance notification or technical confirmation of safety is included, which is especially red-flag concerning as it is a laser-based product. Arrived well packaged but again no 'CE' or compliance on the box, manufacturer information or any expected details. There is no invoice or packing list included or any company information at all. I am highly suspicious and convinced I have been duped into buying a product that is cheaply made in China, unsafe and illegal in the UK. Website is clever marketing and does not stand up to scrutiny. WHOIS domain registration is hiding behind a privacy wall. This is not a real manufacturer. My next step before inflincting the product on any skin and risking laser burn damage is to contact trading standards for a safety check!
Research the company before purcahse
I ordered the Clearlift UK IPL hair removal laser earlier in April, it arrived in good time and was packaed well.
I have only just started using it so I can't comment on the quality of the product or whether it works yet.
I've paid £200 so I hope it will work and will re-review in a couple of months if it does.
The UK plug connection works fine, and as a product the laser appears to be working in the same way a salon professional laser would.
But, I have concerns and doubts about this product - the website suggests it is a UK product, but it has been shipped from Chine (I have no problem purchasing from China, but I think an ethical company would be honest about where its product is coming from).
The Trust Pilot reviews on the website is posted as image not a link - I should have checked so that's my own fault, but ultimately this product appears to have no actual reviews and I can't find anywhere that evidences the 4.3 star rating is correct.
The instructions are incomplete, there is lack of detail on how to use the product, any side effects and there are a number of errors within the instruction guide including how to use the settings.
The emails received by the company are poorly written, and the emails sent did not marry up with the tracking which was very confusing. I can't honestly say I felt like the tracking was ever real, it suggested my product was with Evri within 48 hours of purchase and prior to ever having received the item shipped email - the tracking was never updated beyond that.
I really want this product to work, and I hope my concerns are misguided, but my gut says I've been duped into purchase by clever marketing.
I will definitely update my review if I find that this product works well, I run a small business and know how important positive feedback is - but I also firmly believe in approaching retail ethically and I'm not sure this company is trading ethically or honestly.
